You’ll find striking design elements & lifestyle that encourage barefoot living. The upper-level kitchen, living, dining & balcony caters well to families while the outdoor living is sublime with a dreamy pool, entertaining area & landscaped gardens.

The white picket fence, weatherboard exterior and green front door of Beach Street extend a gentle welcome. While it’s largely a white and natural palette throughout, statement patterns and colour play with your senses, from artwork, seating, tiles and custom shelving. There’s a feeling of serenity as you walk into the living room and look through the bi-fold doors into the backyard. Sumptuous blush pink lounges take centre-stage and invite all-day lounging. There’s a green and white palette in the bathroom and two ground floor queen bedrooms - one has direct access to the patio. All these spaces boast textured paint finishes and the warmth of timber accents, while in the bathroom, patterned tiles make a statement.

Upstairs it’s all about laid-back and stylish family living. Bold patterned tiles are used in the inviting black and timber kitchen which encourages stress-free cooking, while that easy living continues in the adjoining dining zone. There’s no end to the relaxation in the light-filled living area as there’s ample comfortable seating for quiet moments alone or family gatherings, while the balcony provides the perfect spot for your morning coffee.

The main bedroom enjoys elevated views and adopts that peaceful timber, green and white scheme. From the four-poster queen bed, you can see the treetops and with access to the balcony, starry nights are easily enjoyed. It’s the same design elements as the ground floor bathroom in the second bathroom, but with the addition of a luxurious bath.

Outside you’ll find sitting nooks among the trees, there’s even shade in and around the stunning pool, a shower and manicured lawn; it all reinforces the barefoot living mantra. And you can take it all in as settle in on the generous patio with its timber deck, BBQ, lounge and dining table.

With its proximity to Balnarring Beach – even a slow stroll would take no more than ten-minutes – you have the convenience to come and go as you please. Balnarring village centre is around a five-minute drive and offers cafes, stylish restaurants, bars and a grocery store. Picturesque reserves and coastal walking tracks can be found nearby as well as wineries. Explore the surrounding seaside villages, including Somers and Flinders, or travel further south to discover the rugged beauty of Cape Schanck. The Melbourne CBD is around a 75-minute drive and the closest bus stop is in Balnarring village.
