Lower Level of Spacious Home with Hot Tub, Pool Table & Privacy Fence
Great for families, graduations, or IU sporting events. This is the lower floor of a split-level home, featuring 3 bedrooms and 7 beds with a large patio, hot tub, privacy fence, and pool table. Three miles south of IU campus, a ten-minute walk to the YMCA, and a 15-minute drive to Lake Monroe. Dogs welcome on this floor. Hot tub is open year-round.
You will have the entire lower floor to yourselves with keyless lock entry. I am always available for questions or to fix any issues -- previous guests say I provide faster service than a hotel.
Lovely upper-middle-class neighborhood full of trees and gardens.
Streaming TV with Roku. Pool table, washer, and dryer in the garage are available for guest use.

Two bus lines within a short walk. Bike paths just 2 blocks away connect to downtown, IU, and the mall.
