Hi Gladys - Thank you for your comments. My wife and I have been using a professional (and reliable) cleaning service that, among other things, reviews the number of guests we are told are arriving and ensures that that number of full-size towels, as well as some medium and smaller face towels, are available for the number of guests expected as we are conscious about the environment and try to reduce our footprint where we can. As for bedding, there are five beds, each with a minimum of two pillows, a full set of sheets, and blankets for each. We have additional blankets and pillows as a backup for unexpected guests, more than enough for a maximum group of 10 people, as per our house rules. As for screens, we do have them and install them during the summer season, when bugs are a problem. Blinds are installed in the bedrooms and the living room blinds are being installed this summer. Hi Carmen - Thank you for your comments, these really help my wife and I as well as the team in trying to be better and ultimately, providing the very best experience for our guests. Bedding for the pullout is located in the pullup chaise, but having read your comment, we will definitely put that info in the greeting package. Good comment about the chairs, we are going to pick up a couple more. We have been told by the community center that operates the pool/games room that there was an electrical issue and that its being fixed as I type this. Lastly, the construction is coming to an end thankfully, our lovely neighbors are expected to move in soon. We are so sorry your stay wasn't 100%.
