The Space:
This light and contemporary space offers minimalistic yet generous and trendy city fringe living. The open living and gentle and indulgent interior themes emanate hygge, providing you with an oasis of tranquil and luxurious comfort within the prime location of the city fringe.
The afternoon sun is plentiful as it pours over the balcony and fills the apartment with warmth and light. Bask in the beautiful glowing sun set watching the sky change from blue to black as it goes through its symphony of colours.
The spacious open living invites connection, a beautiful and cosy space to be together. The indulgent lounge area has a top of the line smart TV and sound bar so you can enjoy all the best tv shows and movies with cinema quality sound, with access to all streaming apps (Netflix, neon, Youtube, spark sport, sky sport – accounts not provided) and terrestrial TV channels, you will have endless options to enjoy a rainy afternoon or quiet night in.
The open and elegant kitchen is fully equipped with all the latest appliances and modern kitchen essentials to help you impress your guests with your favourite meal, enjoy cooking, creating and entertaining in this lovely hygge inspired space.
The bedrooms are both elegantly simple and exude heavenly comfort, the soft, earthy tones and floor to ceiling windows provide glowing natural light during the day and have room darkening shades for night time to ensure a restful night sleep. They both have ample wardrobe space so you can unpack and really feel at home. The beds are of premium quality with excellent crisp linens and beautiful plush pillows to ensure you wake up feeling rejuvenated. The primary bedroom features an ensuite and walk in wardrobe, the second bedroom is right next door to the shared bathroom.
There is a laundry area for you to use during your stay, with a washing machine and dryer and laundry detergent provided, it is located in the cupboards in the first bathroom.
Guest Access:

There is a common courtyard area available for use as well.
*Note* This apartment does have a contactless check in procedure - This means you will need to collect the key from an external location that is a few metres away from the apartment. The detailed instructions on how to retrieve & return the keys will be sent to you 48 hours prior to your check in, please ensure you read this before beginning the check in process!
The Neighborhood:
The 155 Beaumont complex is a quiet residential building in Wynyard Quarter within walking distance to many amazing cafes and restaurants, but far enough way to be peaceful. See the immediate area by foot or scooter and zoom through Wynyard Quarter and Silo Park where you will find cafes and bars, the fish market, a basketball court and playground for the kids!
Commercial Bay and Britomart are just a 15-minute walk away, you can find shopping for all ages and tastes at these hot spots, you will stumble upon hundreds of food and dining options with great takeaway choices at Harbour Eats in Commercial Bay and fine dining experiences in Britomart. Enjoy some fantastic walks nearby with the lush Victoria Park down the road and beautiful Westhaven board walk around the corner.
This is an enviable location with more than everything that you will need during your stay.
Getting Around:
The location is fantastic for walking and exploring the nearby attractions, with beautiful walks along the waterfront, the viaduct basin, Wynyard quarter and west haven marina are all only a 5 minute walk leading you to spectacular views with restaurants along the way.
If you need to get further out of the city there are bus stops all around you with multiple destinations and the Britomart transport hub only a 15-minute walk with trains and buses going in every direction near and far.
There are also city link routes that will get you all around the city and to popular/in demand spots like the Skytower, the Auckland museum, hospital and domain, K road, and Mount Eden (Eden park stadium).
We recommend using Ubers in the city, they are well priced and efficient especially when catching within the CBD.

Please ensure all lights are turned off when you leave the apartment, and the windows are closed, and the door securely locked behind you. The owner accepts no responsibility for any loss or damage to any of the guests' property while the guest is onsite.
Also, please note that you will be responsible for yourselves and your guests and will take all necessary care and precautions to ensure their safety at all times and you agree that any damages will be your sole responsibility and the owners and Urban Butler are exempt from all actions, claims, suits, demands, costs and damages arising from any loss or damages suffered to or by any person or property caused by the use of the premises by you or your guests.
Please also note, that any lost keys will be charged for and if you lock yourselves out, the cost of a spare key to be delivered in office hours will be borne by you. Out of hours fees will also apply.
Bond:
A security bond is held for any incidental damage or charges. Please inform us of any issues.
Breakages:
Please inform us of any breakages during your stay. We won’t charge for minor cutlery/glassware etc.
Lost Keys:
Keys and swipes are expensive, please be careful with them. If lost, we will need to claim the cost from your security bond.
Left Luggage:
Unfortunately, we cannot store luggage at the apartment. There are a couple of options for leaving your luggage around the CBD before your check-in time of 3pm. The best option is The Luggage Hotel at 145 Quay Street (Shed 23 Princes Wharf). Another left luggage solution is available at the downtown Ferry Building, located on Quay Street. Ask the staff at the service desk for assistance. The last suitable option for smaller luggage is the self-service locker at the Britomart train station located on Commerce Street.
No parties or noise after 10pm:
Please respect your neighbours. Security call-out fees will be charged from your security bond. No more than 6 people to stay at the apartment.
Abide by Body Corporate:
See separate document in the apartment for your convenience.
Fire and Evacuation Procedures:
Please refer to the procedures on the back of the apartment door.
