Spacious 2BR for Long-Term Stays w/Parking & Wi-Fi . 5mins to beach

A bright, airy, spacious, modern 2 bedroom home, in a fantastic central location - just 10min drive into Auckland city and 5-7mins walk to the stunning Takapuna beach.

A true family home with all the modern comforts you'd expect for a long-term stay, we travel a-lot ourselves and love making our home available for guests to enjoy the gorgeous space and friendly laid back beachside neighbourhood.

We have a preference for longer term stays and have applied a generous 30% discount on month + bookings. We also welcome 3, 6, or 9 month enquiries.

The home is a first floor walk up in a block of three, the private self contained space with indoor / outdoor living, a private wrap around entertainers deck looking towards Takapuna's town centre.

A modern home, with all the essentials including:
- Fully equiped kitchen with Fisher and Paykel gas range, oven and dishwasher (2x dish-drawers)
- Internal laundry with washer and indoor and outdoor drying areas
- Large living room with huge 60" smart TV and online streaming services
- Beautiful indoor and outdoor dinning spaces
- Large private wrap around deck with a weber bbq, dinning for 6, and several comfortable outdoor couches
- Master bedroom with luxurious queen bed and crisp cotton bed linen
- Private cozy sunroom for reading / yoga / work off the master bedroom
- Second bedroom with modern daybed which converts into a generous king bed with comfortable mattress, cozy wool underlay and crisp cotton bed linen
- Ceiling fans and heaters in each bedroom, air conditioning and heat pump in the main living space
- Large bathroom with huge rain mist shower, family bath, fan and seperate toilet with quality cotton towels, facecloths, bathmats and hand towels
- WiFi/fibre broadband, with 2 desk spaces to work from home / study
- Items for small guests are available i.e. portacot, high chairs, baby/toddler utensils, toys, children's books making stays for young families stays easy
- Vege garden, composting, recycling, and off street parking for two vehicles

Family Visit

The Beach House is lovely and the perfect location for us to visit with our son, his wife and 3 young granddaughters who have relocated to the Auckland area from the US.The host, Rebecca, was extremely accommodating and flexible in regard to our travel plans. The near by beach is beautiful and the proximity to restaurants and stores was perfect since we did not rent a car..This was our second long stay at the Beach House. Thank You!
