Pelican Waters 1 is a 2 bedroom ground floor apartment with stunning views of the Merimbula Lake. The apartments offers a sunny northerly aspect which is perfect for those Winter months. The apartment is sandwiched between the lake and Merimbula's main surf beach which is a 2 minute stroll around the beautiful boardwalk.

Both apartments also have a folding baby cot for your convenience. The kitchens are fully equipped with everything you could need, including a dishwasher. The lounge area offers stunning lake views, a flat screen tv, dvd player and ample seating. There is also a 6-seater dining table for those times when you would like to share dinner with friends.
