Welcome to Bethel Woods Escape - a gorgeous modern home surrounded by woodlands of Eastern pine and hemlock trees. In 1969 Bethel Woods was home to the notorious Woodstock festival. Located in the country hills of the Sullivan Catskills, Bethel Woods is an amazing place to explore, hike, and listen to live music. Just 5 minutes away from Bethel Woods Center of the Arts, you will find a stunning A-Frame home waiting to host your next adventure.

Our team is passionate about connecting with each guest and providing unique stay places for your Hudson Valley vacation! We’re here to help answer any questions and provide thoughtful support throughout your trip.

Please note that during winter months, access to this property can be challenging. We highly recommend that you have a 4WD vehicle with snow tires for safe travel. If you do not have the proper equipment, we kindly ask that you reconsider booking during this season.

The primary bedroom is on the main floor with an en suite bathroom. There's a small balcony off the bedroom with an outdoor shower that leads you to the driveway area. When you head upstairs, you'll have a sitting area, 2 bedrooms, full bathroom and a secondary lounge area with a TV and amazing view of the main living area.

Off the main living area there is a balcony with 2 wooden lounge chairs and a small table for coffee or tea in the morning. Chef it up on the outdoor grill and gather at the outdoor dining table. When it get's chilly head over to the fire pit area to toast some s'mores and stargaze! Bethel Woods Getaway is an unforgettable escape with quick access to some of the most amazing places Bethel Woods has to offer.

Bedroom 1 (1st floor): 1 King bed, window blinds, nightstands on both sides of the bed with reading lights, large closet with hangers and an upper shelf. There is a door out to a small deck with an outdoor shower.

Bedroom 2 (2nd floor): 1 Queen bed, blinds on windows, one night stand, closet with hangers.

Bedroom 3 (2nd floor): 1 Queen bed, blinds on windows, small work desk with chair.

Extra sleeping space: 1x fold out twin, 1x fold out Twin

Designed by NevelHaus, Bethel Woods Escape is a design-focused home with an expansive entertainment area, custom oak cabinetry, 30' vaulted ceilings, wood burning stove & two outdoor terraces for soaking in the views. As you walk in, you'll be welcomed to an open concept living area, massive floor to ceiling windows, and high-end amenities. The main living area is great for sitting by the fire, reading a book and watching as the sun rises and sets each day. Connect to the Sonos speakers and stream your favorite music as you're preparing meals, or working from the dining room table.


Note: We have a charger for EV here, J1772 plug (Tesla owners need to use an adapter), and the charge rate is 5.8 kW.

You can rest easy knowing your stay is covered with $1,500 in “All-Risk” Damage Protection. Although rare, accidental damage from guests does happen. Traditionally, this was managed via a security deposit or vacation rental damage insurance purchased by the guest. Both are cumbersome and often have big limitations in protection.

With “all-risk” protection, all accidental damage from a guest is covered unless specifically excluded such as, but not limited to, normal wear and tear, infestation, or prior damage.

Please be advised that every 30 minutes spent on the property past 11am check out time a $50 fee will be initiated and charged to the card on file used to book the listing. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding.
