Good things come to those who book beautiful beach houses and this one is an absolute gem! This super stylish spilt level house is beautifully decorated and feels homely and comfortable with incredible cathedral ceilings, wood heater and 5 good sized bedrooms and 2 generous livings areas. There is even a pool table to entertain everyone in the family or group. Nestled in the top end of town, the house is a 900m walk to town and the beach is a little further. There is ample parking and an enclosed garden for pets. This property sleeps 10 guests only. The property features 5 bedrooms and 2 family bathrooms on each floor, fully equipped kitchen, separate laundry space, and 2 generous open-plan living areas with large TVs. Full linen and bath towels are included in the price and there is ample parking for 2 cars, Bedroom 1 - King bed - upstairs Bedroom 2 - Queen bed -upstairs Bedroom 3 – Double bed - upstairs Bedroom 4 – Queen bed – downstairs Bedroom 5 – Queen bed - downstairs Parking for 2 vehicles only, street parking is available.
Guest Access The key is located at the property in a secure lock box, the code is sent to your email address at 2pm on your day of arrival. All communication is sent via our system and it is important you are checking your spam folder for information and instructions.
Please note: This house is managed by The Beach House People - Holidays Rentals/ Property Management. Full linen is provided as standard - Please bring your own beach/pool towels. Pets are allowed but must stay off furniture and all dog poop must be picked up before departure or fine will be charged. On booking this house you will be asked to agree to our Terms & Conditions which include: No parties, No Schoolies or groups of under 25 years, No Hens or Bucks parties. No Smoking. Australian photo ID or passport ID is required for the online checkin process to release the lock box code to you.

Fantastic weekend in Inverloch staying at this great accommodation! Catered for our extended family group of 3 generations celebrating my daughter’s 30th birthday in Inverloch.
