This beautiful completely renovated villa is in the beautiful Four Mile Cove area of Cape Coral, right on the canal with PERFECT southern exposure! When staying in the Four Mile Cove area of Cape Coral, you really are close to everything, shopping, dining, and nature.

Four Mile Cove Ecological Preserve is the second largest preserved green space in Cape Coral. Located just north of Veterans Parkway. The area has a brackish water wetland area that features a walking trail, visitor center, and seasonal kayak rentals. There is an 800' portage along the kayak trail and visitors can walk through the preserve on the boardwalk and enjoy the great wildlife.

This villa has ALL you need for the perfect vacation. Gorgeous newly renovated interior, with 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a den for your home office (100MB WIFI), spacious TV area to fit the whole family with a 85 inch flat screen TV, a cozy "fireplace" and SONOS stereo throughout the house and out on the lanai/pool area.

Both the Master bedroom and second bedroom both have King size beds, the third has a queen size bed.
All three bedrooms have smart TVs.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a full-sized refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher and icemaker, everything you need for a perfect vacation. Outside there is a Weber Genesis gas BBQ-grill.

The spacious pool area has perfect southern exposure which means you will have sun exposure ALL day even during those winter months. Heated pool and spa, lounge area, a tiki hut pool bar and a spacious dining area to enjoy your meals outside overlooking the water.

Rent a boat during your stay, your only minutes out to the open water and all what Southwest Florida has to offer. Amazing islands like Captiva, Sanibel, and Boca Grande. You will be guaranteed dolphins and manatees. If you're lucky you can even, see them in the canal just outside the house.

Perfect winter getaway

Beautiful house, very spacious and clean. We enjoyed the pool, hot tub and large screen TV for watching movies. The location was great, very quiet neighborhood close to shops and restaurants. We will definitely stay again!

Wonderful stay!

We enjoyed this house so much the pool, spa and lanai were where we spent our time. The neighborhood is so quiet and peaceful. Close to the grocery store, places to eat and things to do. If we come back to Cape Coral area this will be the first place I check to see if it's available.

The place is stunning and well stocked for our week stay. The pool area and dock area were where we spent most of our time. No need to leave unless you wanted to explore or eat out. A great stay and the hostess responded promptly via text to answer a couple of our questions.

The host was very responsive. The home is beautiful and well equipped. It could use a few more towels for each quest. We were 6.This would have been a 5 star review except we had issues with the pool temp. Over night it would drop to 80 degres The pool control panel needs better instructions on how to keep the pool at 85 degrees.. We would definitely book this property again next time in the area better
