This west coast home has spectacular ocean views and is perfect for a large group or extended family. It is over 3700 sq ft with four bedrooms, a fully stocked kitchen and three common spaces. Located in a friendly neighborhood a stone's throw from the beach and the Royston Seaside Trail.

The first level has three bedrooms - one king, one queen and one bunk bed with two doubles. This level has a full bathroom and family room with sofa bed, smart TV with full cable and foosball table.

The open concept main level on the second floor is perfect for entertaining. The kitchen is fully stocked, a gas stove with two ovens and an additional electric oven. This level has a 400+ sq foot covered patio with BBQ, outdoor dining and siting area in front of the two-sided gas fireplace. There is another family room on this level with TV, games table and desk.

The third level is a spacious primary suite with its own covered deck, his & hers closets, soaker tub and bathroom with a large walk-in river rock shower.

Attached double car garage for all your gear and laundry room.

Sylvia is a fantastic host. This is a rare property that is just as good or better in person than the pictures show, which is a testament to how much the host cares.Lots of space to roam and play for our two small kids including seating areas for projects and puzzles and such. A great location for a family holiday!

Great views and a short walk to the public waterfront. Walkable to a great coffee shop and a few restaurants.Lots of space for us, our children and grandchildren. Toys and games in playroom entertained the young children. The house has every amenity we could think of - even enough dishes to do a BBQ for our entire extended family.

Perfect Family Holiday!

We had a big family with people of all ages. It was perfect with games and spaces for everyone and a well stocked kitchen! We had everything we could possibly need, including a Christmas tree and decorations for our Christmas away from home. It was a gorgeous stay for all and we felt right at home. Spacious seaside stay

As impressive as the pictures are, the size and feel of this welcoming property cannot be appreciated until there in person. There is ample parking, plenty of room for guests to be in their own spaces, and comfortable modern amenities throughout. Couple that with a short walk to the shoreline, coffee shop and local pub and this place is top notch for visiting the Comox Valley. Looking forward to coming back.

85th Birthday Celebration

We had an absolutely tremendous stay as a family group who hosted a large birthday dinner for family members. Not only did we enjoy the wonderfully appointed home with a wonderful kitchen and dining room, our prairie family members were enthralled with their stay in the master suite. This home was steps from the beach and a short walk to the Royston wrecks, with gorgeous views of the Salish Sea and surrounding area.

Fabulous location for a gathering

The house is designed perfectly for a small family reunion. We celebrated a 90th birthday and it was brilliant. We had dinner parties for 20, using the ample and well-appointed kitchen. It was easy to be all together in the great room, or spread out slightly for smaller conversations on the huge deck or in adjoining tv room.

Perfect Family Getaway!

Our family recently stayed at this wonderful property exceeded all our expectations! The home was spotless and beautifully decorated, with plenty of space for everyone to relax. The kitchen was fully equipped, making it easy to prepare meals, and the large dining area was perfect for family dinners. The outdoor space was a highlight for us—plenty of room for the kids to play, and the patio area was great for evening barbecues. The location was ideal, close to local attractions and yet tucked away in a peaceful neighborhood. The hosts were fantastic, providing clear instructions and helpful tips for our stay. Overall, this home made our vacation truly memorable, and we would absolutely stay here again next summer!

Lovely home with thoughtful touches

The kitchen, living spaces and decks were our very favorite parts. The kitchen especially is wonderful for entertaining, with easy access to a very large deck. The primary suite was gorgeous - with an extra- large sink and shower area, gigantic closets, stand-alone tub with a view! The home was very clean and well-stocked, and the beds comfortable. Three downstairs bedrooms share one small bathroom, which was the only drawback for our group of adults in our 70's and 80's.

A perfect stay in a beautiful and well-equipped home

From the moment we arrived, it was clear this home was something special. Immaculately clean, beautifully maintained, and equipped with every amenity we could have hoped for (even an air-fryer!), it made our trip completely stress-free and incredibly comfortable.The kitchen was fully stocked with everything from cookware to coffee essentials, making it easy to prepare meals. The beds were cozy with fresh linens, and the living spaces, inside and outdoors, were inviting and relaxing—ideal for winding down after a day of exploring. We also appreciated the thoughtful touches throughout the house that showed how much care the hosts put into making it feel like a true home away from home.The neighborhood was quiet yet well-situated, with plenty of interesting things to do and see nearby. Whether we were strolling through local shops, dining at nearby restaurants, or just enjoying the natural beauty of the area, we found plenty to keep us engaged and entertained.Communication with the host was seamless—friendly, responsive, and very helpful.
