We arrived 45 minutes early and could not reach the host as our door code did not work. Customer service was helpful and figured that we should try the code again at approx. 4:05 pm as it might be remotely activated. They were right and we got in. Everything was as advertised, fully equipped and very clean. Lots of room for 4 adults (we were only 2). We did not smoke in the unit but got a message that said we could not smoke on the open air penthouse balcony either which was never indicated in the listing. So we had to climb stairs and smoke in the parking lot with all of the trucks going by (construction going on in the lot next door). We did not toss our butts on the ground and always kept them for safe disposal in the garbage. Not a big deal really but after the message we felt as though we were being constantly watched as there really wasn't anyone there (2 cars in the entire parking lot). We were left with an uneasy feeling. I think that hosts should clearly indicate their smoking rules in either their listing or house rules as well as garbage and recycling (we could not find this information anywhere). All in all this is a very nice place at a fair price so I do recommend this rental. Ask questions if you are not sure about something!

Dear John, I am sorry to hear your experience was not 10/10, specially because you are an awesome guest, not only regarding being respectful and responsible with the property but also you temporarily fixed the toilet yourself, instead of asking for immediate attention. Self check in is, as advertised and sent in the message from 4 pm, and the lock code is set up separately for each visitor from that time. Cleaning is usually done 1-2 hours earlier and early check in can be agreed upfront for free. I try to be available online for check in, and I was several minutes before, but can not provide availability 24/7. Regarding smoking on the balcony that rule was introduced by condo management recently, and I have added that message on different sites where I advertize, but somehow on Vrbo it is not visible. Sorry for the inconvenience. I am checking it. Anyway, though monitoring smoke or noise via wireless sensors is legal, we do not use them. There is absolutely no any camera in the condo. (The person who regularly complain about smoke lives on lower floor, and I do not really understand how possibly can be affected). I hope to host you again, when all noted would be as expected.

This property was everything we hoped for. Fully equipped for any needs plus comfortable seating area and beds. The view from the living room is the best seller! The owner also replied quickly and helped us with the parking. Would absolutely come back again!

Wonderful location with views of the lake and the slopes of Mount Tremblant. The condo is clean, beautiful, comfortable and offers everything you need for an outstanding stay. I really enjoyed my vacation and I am looking forward to repeat the experience!

Quick getaway

Beautiful place! Very clean and organized. Also, has a fully stocked kitchen with everything needed to prepare a full course meal. Looking forward to returning some time in the future.

Perfect getaway!

Would absolutely stay here again. Spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, view of the lake is gorgeous, kitchen is well equipped, and it’s nice walk to the ski village. The owners were thoughtful to think of the details that make a stay away from home comfortable, friendly, and safe.

We’ve returned here for a reason. Condo has an incredible view, and has all the kitchen, bath and electronic amenities you’d expect. All needs and activities are a short drive away. We’ll definitely book again.

Exceptional vacation!

The unit was very clean, spacious and beautifully decorated to make us feel right at home. Having a kitchen and laundry was an added bonus so we didn’t have to eat out all our meals in Tremblant village. Beautiful view of the mountain from the living room and very easy to drive to the parking lots of Tremblant

Charming, cozy home, great location!

We stayed for 5 nights as we came for the skiing. The home was perfect. Thoughtful, comfortable, more than enough room for me and my two children. We had everything we needed, and it was a very central location for skiing and restaurants. We also very much enjoyed the view at night and the sunrises in the morning. Our host was very responsive. Would not hesitate to come again!

Amazing week in Tremblant

We spent an amazing week in Tremblant. The condo was very clean, well equipped and beds were very comfortable. The view of the ski hill was breathtaking. Alex was easy to reach and very accomodating. The location was great as it was a 6 minute drive to the ski hill. We would definitely rent this condo again.

Exceptional 5 star experience

Myself and my 2 children had a lovely week skiing at Tremblant. Alex’s place is the perfect spot to unwind after a day on the slopes. Beautiful view of the mountain over the lake every morning at sunrise. Perfectly enjoyed with a cup of coffee. Alex provided a variety of brews! Much appreciated

Great spot for remote working

As described, plus kitchen spices! Great for working remote. Bring your docking station for ease if you need two monitors although hosts dock likely works. Love Tremblant!
