This beautiful 2 bedroom 1 bath cottage is located just 1 1/2 blocks from the lovely Historic Downtown of Grants Pass. Just a short stroll will take you to many restaurants, music, boutiques and antique stores.
From the moment you walk through the door you will feel at home. Relax in the comfort of your living room and enjoy your 40" smart TV with Netflix. The kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances and has everything that you need to prepare any meal from the simplest to gourmet. A full array of spices are at your fingertips The larger bedroom is decorated in beautiful antiques and has queen bed and the second bedroom has a double bed. Both rooms have antique armoires and wonderfully comfortable beds and linens. There is a washer and dryer that is shared with The Bungalow in the back. Your private courtyard has a patio swing and a patio table complete with chairs and an umbrella. Non-Smoking property. Sorry, No Pets.
All that Southern Oregon has to offer will be at your fingertips in this centrally located little gem.

This was a perfect location. Within walking distance to downtown Grants Pass, but a couple of blocks away so it was fairly quiet.Grants Pass has grown significantly and has many upscale shops and restaurants. Don’t miss the Glass Forge.Marcella was responsive to our needs and questions, a great host.

This cottage is a gem! Roomy, comfortable and centrally located. We walked everywhere. Very clean, with added touches like a Keurig coffee maker with a starter set of pods and an unopened pint of half and half in the fridge. Beds were amazingly comfortable. Onsite parking. Last but not least, our host Marcella was very quick to respond to messages. I highly recommend this place, it’s a lot more comfortable ands affordable than any nearby hotel.

I didn't go to the wineries so i have no opinion. I loved the little cottage i would recommend this place to anyone visiting the area. The manager was very accommodating and made me feel at home.

Beautiful House

Convenient location near grocery store. Host was super nice and responded quickly and was very easy top deal with.. Great amenities. Very comfortable. Will stay there again.

The cottage was very clean & the description was accurate. It was indeed within walking distance to the downtown area (if you're not lazy like me). What it didn't mention was that there's a really good pizza place RIGHT across the street! There were also thoughtful touches by the host, like a Brita water filter, coffee pods for the coffee maker, strawberry jam, yummy sparkling juices in the fridge & a list of recommendations for the area. You can really tell that the owner Marcella loves the area & wants you to love it too. She was very communicative & easy to reach. I had a lovely stay!

Cute cottage, in town

The property is located in a real convenient spot in town. 1 block from a Safeway grocery, Automotive repair, Laundry, VA office, and just two or less blocks from Historic Down Town Grants Pass. Great Sushi, Oriental restaurant with great food and service, Just across the street. I would stay here again if one could find an opening to stay. If one is lucky to get an opening and wishes to stay in town I would grab the dates available.
