The views are just spectacular, from Mount Wellington/kunanyi right across Hobart and down to Bruny Island. Located just 6km from Hobart CBD, close to beaches and shops, as well as just 15 minutes to the airport, this house is perfect for your stay in Hobart.

Bella Vista on Beach is a relaxed family home with stunning views across the Derwent River to Hobart and beyond. The house is fully set up to be your home away from home, with all essentials covered. Full kitchen facilities plus dining area enable family dinners, plus private laundry facilities make holidaying easy. Lounge area with smart TV, a separate living space and board games make this the perfect family stay. We are walking distance to Bellerive Beach and waterfront walking tracks, and just a 2 minute drive to a major shopping centre, restaurants and take away options.

Guests will have access to the entire house, except the locked under-house storage room.

Please note that guests will be required to climb one flight of stairs to access the property. Once inside, it is single level throughout.

Bella Vista on Beach is managed by Emily and Amber: We best friends, are born and bred in Hobart, and just love the beauty and diversity of our beautiful part of the world. We are both busy mums with three kids each, and we enjoy travel and having fun with our families. We love being able to share Hobart and southern Tasmania with our guests, and providing a fantastic accommodation experience for them.

Bella Vista on Beach is perfectly positioned to take in the beauty of Hobart, with panoramic views down the River Derwent and across to Hobart city and capturing the majesty of Mount Wellington/kunanyi. Watch the yachts on the river, catch the sun set over the mountain, or relax in space and peace in this classic family home. Plenty of space for the kids to play, or the adults to lounge, this three bedroom home is your perfect base for exploring southern Tasmania.

Across the three bedrooms, our guests will enjoy hotel quality bedding on two queen beds and two single beds (bunks). There is one bathroom with separate shower and bath, plus separate toilet. A fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, plus laundry will make this a home away from home.

Our location is ideal - just 6km from Hobart CBD, 2km to a major shopping centre and walking distance to the beach and parks. Bus routes are also within an easy walk.
