Perfect Birthday Getaway!

We wanted to rent a cottage for my wife's birthday and this couldn't of been any more perfect! We needed room for a few adult friends to hang out while another space for the kids to enjoy their time away as well. The open concept cottage was perfect. The basement was a kids getaway on its own with tons of games, TV and bunkbeds!!! The backyard and river look amazing and would be a great getaway in the summer months. We loved every minute of our stay and would highly recommend it to anyone.

Perfect cottage stay

We had an absolutely wonderful experience at this lovely and spacious cottage on the Gull River! The cottage itself is beautifully appointed with an all-wood interior that creates a cozy feeling while managing to offer plenty of space. All the bedrooms offered very comfortable beds/sleeping-there were four of us but the cottage can easily sleep many more with the pull-out couch upstairs and the four bunk beds downstairs. We enjoyed using the kayaks on the river as well as playing ping pong and using some of the many board games available in the basement. We appreciated the convenient location as the drive into Minden only took four minutes. Paul was very responsive to questions and provided detailed info in the cottage manual which was most helpful. We had an incredible week and highly recommend this cottage to anyone wanting to stay in the area!
