The place was ok but had to call owner, who was away, to get instructions on how to get in! She had forgotten we were staying!! Cleaning could be improved!

My first communication with property manager told me property was not available so I booked elsewhere immediately I got that message . I then only received what I perceived to be marketing . Received no confirmation emails . Account was debited and I was told by property manager I could not get a refund even though she admitted sending me a message that the property was not available on my dates. She said she had sent a follow up message to say she’d made a mistake and it was available .money taken from my account and a message on day before to ask what time I was checking in was only time I was alerted they had booked me in . I didn’t stay at property so only rating to. Insider is communication process

Room for improvements
We could not use the master room because the bed was falling apart. One of the toilets had DNA from the previous guests that we had to clean. There were spider webs everywhere. We were for people for four nights and there was no bin where to put our rubbish. Asked the host and no answer. We could have had a better experience.
