Surrounded by palms & leafy, wrap-around tropical garden with sea breezes, you will enjoy easy access to everything from this spacious & tranquil home. 1-minute flat walk to Ocean Shores Village with shops, taverns, cafes, doctors, a bakery, a health food store, a post office & laundromat. Golf courses, local beaches, rivers & cafes are a 1-minute drive away. Very close to Brunswick Heads. Easy drive to Mullumbimby & Byron Bay. Gold Coast Airport & Ballina/Byron airport are a 30-minute drive. No parties.

The space
Large dining & kitchen which has access to the garden and outdoor dining & seating on each side of the property.
Reverse cycle air-con.
Netflix and WIFI provided.
The Master bedroom adjoins a private balcony. The bedroom has a queen bed, walk-in robe, ensuite, and reverse cycle air-con.
2nd bedroom has a queen bed, BIR, and a sliding door to the garden.
3rd bedroom has 2 single futon/fold-out beds which can be converted into a king. Also has BIR and a sliding door to the deck/garden.
The main bathroom downstairs has a jacuzzi tub.
All linen, towels, and beach towels are provided.

Guest access
On-site parking for 2 cars.
Bus out front to Mullumbimby and Byron Bay.
Flat short 1-minute walk to the Ocean Shores Village.

Strictly no parties permitted - though the house is very private, neighbours are close by.
