Beware of reliability

We booked a condo approx. 6 months before for family to attend a wedding. We received confirmation, all needed info and phone # for a contact if problems. My son arrived first and of course the code to get in did not work! He called the contact and found out the owner had not rented it for 3 years! We had to scramble to find hotel rooms. VRBO/Evolve did refund us , but offered us only rentals far from the wedding venue and nothing extra (maybe a voucher or extra back for our trouble ?) Shame on companies that truly leave their customers with no help with a problem they had 3 years to fix.

Tranquil, serene, clean oasis

My husband and I booked this beautiful, well-appointed townhome and invited our granddaughter’s other set of grandparents to join us to celebrate our granddaughter’s 5th birthday. The other grandparents came from western PA, we came from eastern PA. This townhome is lovely and immaculate. It was the perfect location, close to the birthday party venue, close to grocery stores, and easy to find. The two parking spaces in the back were handy. My husband and I enjoyed the spa like feel of the third floor. The king sized adjustable massage bed was divine. The large double shower area with gorgeous tub was luxurious. The other grandparents stayed on the second floor, in a queen room with a futon, mini fridge, microwave, and coffee maker. The twin bedroom on the second floor was used by one grandparent when their snoring spouse got too loud. It was particularly nice that the second floor queen bedroom had its own bath. The extra long kitchen island is a cook’s dream, I wish I had planned to make more meals in the townhome. The Keurig was nice to use for a single cup of coffee. The fresh flowers were an extra special touch. The owner was extremely helpful when I had difficulty using the keypad on the back door. We all agreed that we enjoyed our stay and will happily stay here again. We highly recommend this lovely, clean, ideal townhome.
