This large (1200 SF or 111.5 SM), high-ceiling, luxurious one-bedroom, 1.5-bath apartment is in a beautiful, sought-after Seneca residence. The condo is well-appointed, with a magnificent ocean view and spacious interior.
It has all the comforts you need to relax, unwind, and, yes, even do your laundry!
It comes fully equipped with upscale and modern furnishings, new appliances, air conditioning, and plenty of closet space.
If you want to watch TV, there is no shortage of stations on the new cinema-size screen!
Reve de la Mer has a secure, gated entrance and is in a peaceful, tranquil, and serene location. If you don't want to look at the view from your balcony, you can go to the beautifully manicured swimming pool and look closer at the ocean "heading" to Saint Barts!
Parking is reserved for each condo unit.
A convenient elevator offers easy movement to every floor, including the swimming pool.
The Seneca building has a standby generator and complete hurricane protection.
The condo's location provides easy access to the island's most beautiful beaches, natural parks, restaurants, and shopping centers.

An Amazing Place over looking the Ocean.This place is clean , well stocked , comfortable Bed,Air Conditioning that works great, private parking space,There is a nice food market close by,We did not use the pool but I did stick my feet in,it was warm and very clean.

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment. The view is absolutely spectacular, and listening to the waves was incredibly relaxing both in the morning and at night. The balcony was a highlight—perfect for catching the sunrise with a cup of coffee or enjoying a cocktail before heading out to dinner.Walkable to Philipsburg but would recommend a car for this location. This was one of the best-stocked places we’ve stayed. There were plenty of towels, supplies, and the kitchen had everything we needed. The king bed was very comfortable, which made for great nights of sleep.Communication before and during the trip was excellent. Annie and Paulette were both extremely helpful and very quick to respond to any questions. They truly went above and beyond to make sure we had an stress-free vacation. We highly recommend Reve De La Mer. We will be back. Thank you for such a great stay!

Hidden gem. We stayed for 4 nights and it was the perfect quick getaway to reset and recharge. Waking up to the phenomenal view of St. Barths on our balcony was completely breathtaking. The property grounds were beautiful and safe. The host was accommodating, quick to reply and she gave us a list of wonderful and delicious restaurants for us to visit. We will certainly be back!

Beautiful view

We were amazed by the view at Rev de la Mer. You can see and hear the waves crashing into the rocks below and see St Barth clearly from the balcony. This one bedroom was spotless and works perfectly for a couple. The on site property manager greeted us and provided a tour( optional but welcomed in our case). We would recommend this as a place to stay.

Amazing Clean & Cozy

Communication was excellent prior to our stay. The information was all correct and everything worked beautifully. Wifi & tv were fantastic along with the amazing view from the balcony! Check in was very very simple. I recommend a car for this location to save some steps. The property is gated and feels very safe at night. Definitely recommend to others! Host & property are fantastic!!!

Beautiful Condo - Spectacular View

This condo with a stunning ocean view will soothe your soul from the minute you walk in the front door. The large lanai, with a view of St Barts and white sailboats was our sanctuary. We enjoyed a spectacular sunrise every day. In the evening, open the front door for an amazing sunset. The island is charming, friendly and beautiful. The condo is well stocked and clean with everything you might need. The owner, Annie, was a delight to work with. I would book it again in a heartbeat.

Awesome view

My wife and I stayed one week on April 25. The view was perfect while sitting on the balcony and listening to the ocean waves. It was so relaxing! The rooms were clean and everything was comfortable. I was able to cook breakfast every day before scuba diving. We also enjoyed driving all over the island and exploring both the French and Dutch sides. I highly recommend booking this location for at least a week. Just a couple of days is not enough. Thank you for the excellent communication prior to our arrival!

Amazing!

We loved our stay. The view is incredible, the building is super clean, the parking is secure and easy to navigate. Annie was amazing at communicating and providing all the information we needed. We are a disabled couple, including an ambulatory wheelchair user,And the elevator / step free access was perfect for us. The parking spot was also only a short distance from the elevator. The condo was huge and easy to keep the wheelchair in. Really loved our whole stay!

Large and Comfy Sunrise condo

While in St Martin we decided to extend our stay for an additional 5 days. We decided to try the Dutch side as we tend to always stay on the French side. We found this gorgeous condo in the Pont Blanche neighborhood located only a 10 min walk from the cruise port and some of the best shopping St. martin has to offer. We woke every morning to beautiful sunrises over looking StBarts Overall we had the most comfortable and convenient location we ever enjoyed on our many trips to SXM. Definitely looking forward to staying here again.

Awesome ocean view

Condo was beautiful and spacious and exactly as advertised. The pool was gorgeous and usually empty of people. The cafe that was pictured on the Vrbo ad as in the building didn’t exist. The neighborhood was industrial and not very walkable. We had to drive to any restaurants, but they were a 5 minute drive. We often drove to the beach at Orient Bay and it took about 25 minutes and was beautiful! We will come back!

We were fortunate to stay here for the month of February and we enjoyed it so much we didn't want to leave. The place is spotless in a safe neighborhood that is a 30 minute walk to Phillipsburg boardwalk and Great Bay Beach. The pool area is incredible and right next to the ocean. The condo's have a lot of residence that use this as their home so we were the only ones at the pool most days. The breeze can be down right windy sometimes but it keeps you comfortable without using the air conditioner. We slept with the doors open and listen to ocean waves every night. We have stayed at St Martin a few times before and nothing compares to the location and the condition of this place. The condo was new in 2015. Grace was a gracious host and the Francis was an outstanding on site manager. You can't miss staying here.

Reve de la Mer- Ocean Front Bliss- 100 out of 10!!

It is the night before I conclude a two- week stay at Rev de La mer. It is bittersweet because I have never experienced such a wonderful stay in any VRBO but SADLY I cannot stay forever.All of the things that make a stay at Rev de La Mer an incredible experience, begin before you arrive on property. Your host, Anna, is the epitome of a premier VRBO host. From the first time I reached out to her to express my interest in the condo, to this evening, my final as I prepare to leave, her dedication and attention to every single detail has never wavered. If I could give her a 25 for being the quintessential host, I would do that! There was no request too big or too small that Ana did not personally oversee and with lightning speed! You can tell that she really wants her guest to have an above and beyond experience, and there’s nothing that she hasn’t shown herself willing to do to make that happen! She even ordered the same day delivery for two brand new luxury chaise lounges so that I could enjoy myself and the incredible view!Allow me to express all the things about the condo that will leave you feeling as if you have stepped into paradise. The view from the balcony is just like all the pictures that are shown in the app - but 100 times better. I know vacations are supposed to be the time that you sleep in, but I found myself up every morning just to see the sunrise!

We just had a 5 week stay at Reve De La Mer and had a wonderful trip. The unit is very large, bright and has an incredible view. Just like home but on a warm friendly island.Our host Annie was more than helpful, we only had a couple of small issues in our 5 week stay and she resolved them immediately.

Most enjoyable vacation my wife and I have had

The condo was better than advertised. The view from the balcony was breathtaking You can see St Bart in the distance and the sounds of the ocean were so relaxing. The building and grounds are five star. Building maintenance was constantly cleaning. The condo was spotless. Vanessa who handled the weekly cleaning was fantastic. Annie the property manager was wonderful she always answered her phone and would respond to texts within minutes. We never had the opportunity to meet Yoan the local property manager because there were no issues for the entire seven weeks of our stay We are definitely looking forward to returning. On a scale of 1 to 10 we would rate this property a 11 Everything was perfect!!!!!

Great place with easy access to philipsburg

We have been coming to st Martin for 10 years now and our place over in mullet bay was pretty heavily damaged. I was a little anxious about staying somewhere else but it turned out to be Amazing. The Seneca building is new and well maintained. The maintenance man frances is a lovely man and willing to do anything for you. The view from this unit is off the charts we would get up at 6:30 in the Morning to watch the sunrise over st Bart’s. If you like the beach in my opinion one of the best ones on the island is anse Marcel which from our other place took us an hour to get to. From the Seneca we were there in 25 minutes a nice scenic dr as well. The area can be a little trafficky but you get used to it. there are many places to eat close by and there is a parking lot called Johnnys 5 mins away and you can Walk to several restaurants I would recommend Chester’s and the Holland house on the boardwalk. Also the owner and VRBO stayed in touch with us though our trip to check in and make sure everything was good. After all said and done I would rent this place again.

Why they chose this property

We have seen many beautiful properties in SXM, but we quickly fell in love with Reve de la Mer and its peaceful, serene location. We could feel a refreshing breeze, hear singing birds, and the ocean waves. Perfect place to recover after intensive, beloved work with patients.
Access to the most beautiful parts of the island, the eastern and northern, was surprisingly fast. It was (and still is) close to many attractions, but at the same time away from noise, very peaceful with a tranquilizing view from the condo's terrace. All our guests were leaving inspired and energized. We have visited SXM many times. Every time we find something beautiful and unexpected. Such a small island, and it has so much to offer. The magic of nature, the center of the best cuisine, and wonderful people make this island so unforgettable.
During Hurricane Irma, which devastated many houses on the islands, our condo remained intact. There was no damage and no water leaks. It proved to be very safe.
