This is a darling house in a great location. It is one of the BEST appointed vrbos I have ever stayed in! From the extremely well equipped kitchen to the plentiful nice bedding, cozy blankets and fluffy towels to the sweet details (welcome bottle of wine, snacks, coffee and filters, keurig and assorted creamers, soap & laundry detergent) we were beyond impressed. Communication with John is as easy as talking to a friend. He is so nice and responsive. He has thought of everything— there are detailed instructions (and maps and menus) about every single thing to make for a stress free stay. Everything is well maintained and great quality, and John is a super host. 10/10 no notes. Outstanding.

Great trip for my family. The home was on a quiet street and had plenty of space for two kids my wife and I. Close to all the restaurants you’d want and some great walking trails.

We were in Carmel, IN for a wedding a for a grandson at the Carmichael. Everything was in walking distance of a 1/2 mile. We loved the location and the attention to detail including furnishings and decor. Even had a needle and thread when we really needed it.—Thank you. The wine was lovely. Attention to detail for sure. We will be your guest again in heart beat. Thank you for your delightful hospitality, Dev and Carol
