1. VRBO was unreachable 2. VRBO sent the wrong address 3. VRBO forced me to create a new password which was a problem 4. the owner didn't tell me how to enter until after 3:00 which made me anxious... 5. 4:00 check in time is later than anywhere else. 3 is much more usual and it was a problem 6. I asked the owner about a place to walk and he told me a place which was completely different from what I had asked. IT required me to walk on a main road.
