The Space:
Split into three levels, the ground floor features a double car garage and laundry equipped with a washer and dryer. Take the private lift from the garage straight to the main living, dining and kitchen area. The private lift offers a mobility-friendly alternative to the stairs that span across the three levels. Level one of the home features a fantastic and well-stocked, open-plan kitchen with island bench seating. This kitchen overlooks a modern dining table with space to seat up to six of your family and friends to enjoy a home cooked meal together. Extending from the dining table is a beautiful balcony with an alfresco dining setting that overlooks the turquoise waters of Kings Beach and beyond. Immerse yourself in the simplicity of seaside living from the privacy of your own balcony and indulge in a coffee or cocktail.
Back inside, you will also find a spacious yet intimate living room that caters to comfort and movie nights with its smart TV. This living area further opens up to a beautiful backyard patio with a barbecue and outdoor seating.
On this level, there is also a modern bathroom with a vanity, toilet and sink.
The third and final level of the townhouse contains each of the three bedrooms along with the main bathroom.
Bedroom 1: Offering privacy to parents or couples, the master bedroom is magnificent with its comfortable king-sized bed, elegant ensuite and private balcony. This beautiful bedroom will have you confused as to whether you’re awake or dreaming with its unbelievable views of peaks of the pacific ocean. The ensuite features a relaxing bathtub, walk in shower and a his and hers vanity.
Bedroom 2: The second bedroom features another comfortable king size bed with a built-in wardrobe, ceiling fan and small exterior outdoor area that invites the local sea breezes inside.
Bedroom 3: The final bedroom features two plush single beds, that can be connected to make a king bed (this has to be requested at the time of booking). The ducted, zoned air-conditioning will ensure the apartment stays at your preferred temperature for the entire duration of your stay.
Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire townhouse along with space to park two cars in the garage. Enter the complex via security gate, drive straight into the garage and take the private lift to the main living area (level two).
The Neighborhood:
Set in an elevated position in a backstreet above Kings Beach, this townhouse is located in close proximity to the absolute best of what Caloundra has to offer. Go for a coffee at one of the trendy cafes or indulge in some retail therapy at the shops along Bulcock Street (5 min drive). Explore and enjoy the rock pools, parks and the child friendly water fountain at Kings Beach or simply stroll along the beachside boardwalk & enjoy the calm waters of Bulcock Beach.
Kings Beach - Right there! It’s just a short 2 minute stroll to the patrolled Kings Beach as well as the ocean pool and local playgrounds.
Happy Valley - 15 minute walk along the coastal pathway.
Coffee shops – A short 2 minute walk away.
Caloundra city centre - 12 minutes’ walk.
Moffat Beach - 20 minute walk along the coastal pathway (5-minute drive).
Mooloolaba - 20 minute drive.
Sunshine Coast Airport - 40 minute drive.
Maroochydore- 30 minute drive.
Australia Zoo - 30 minute drive.
Getting Around:
Park your car/s in the private garage and walk everywhere! You’re only a 3 minute walk to the beach, next to the coastal walking tracks and just minutes from playgrounds and local coffee spots. There’s no need to drive anywhere!
The closest beach (Kings Beach) is 500m away (3-minute walk) and is great for a beach-walk, surfing, kite surfing, swimming, or paddle boarding.

*No guests under the age of 20 travelling independently, fine if accompanied by family (ie. young adults apart from a family booking is ok.)
*This home is in a residential community with neighbours in close proximity. We have quiet hours on the Sunshine Coast after 9pm. We ask that you also generally respect our neighbours and keep noise to a minimum generally.
*Please note to stay with us you will be required to fill out a check-in form for your stay. This is a requirement of all our guests that stay with us, access to our home will only be provided after the completion of our form.
