The Villa Bahia experience is luxury details & privacy, located oceanfront with a professional staff to pamper you, details from gourmet coffee, homemade bread & chocolates & when its time to sleep dreamy bed linens The villa is located oceanfront in Conchas Chinas only a short drive (3 miles) to the Romantic Zone & popular Los Muertos Beach with breathtaking views of the the sparkling Pacific ocean & across the Bay of Banderas.



The villa itself is an experience from one of a kind architectural details including soaring 12 foot ceilings, spacious bedrooms, with breathtaking ocean views from every room. The villa rents as 4, 5 or 6 bedrooms perfect for couples, multi-generational family groups & corporate retreats. The villa is designed with simple contemporary lines, juxtaposed with rustic details as a hand carved boat, natural brick boveda ceilings & splashes of colorful art. The villa includes full attentive staff, WIFI & premium bedding & a private concierge to take care of all of the details from airport transfers, spa services at the villa or a cruise on a private yacht.



There is a man made stone terrace at ocean level, accessible by steps made into the rocky coast. The staff will assist to set up w drinks and cushions. The tides and currents do not usually allow for swimming from the ocean terrace.



The Villa Bahia experience is an indulgent luxury personalized just for you. Do you have special diet details, food allergies or just personal preferences? The staff are happy to manage. The freshest of Fruit & Veggies each day, premium coffee, home made chocolates & bread all the plus of having a private chef just for you.



The Bed Linens are all Frette the couture level of luxury linens, carefully laundered and ironed with fresh flowers in every room.



Staff service is available 24/7 with Concierge /Guest Services as well



Meal service includes 2 meals per day / 7 days week. A third meal is available for an extra service fee of $10 USD /guest / meal plus cost of Food & Beverages



Shopping fee: 15% of total receipts for all purchases of Food & Beverages guest consumption

Maximum occupancy 12 persons, extra guest fee $100 USD plus tax per guest per night for all guests above the maximum occupancy of 10 persons

Pool heated to approx 84 F from Nov 01 thru Apr 30. From May 01- Oct 31 add pool heating service for an additional cost.



***This villa has 6 bedrooms. With the 5 bedroom rate, you select any you wish to use for the stay and the other room is simply closed off and the entire villa/staff remain yours***
