The Neighborhood:
There are so many places within walking distance of our building in Music Row! Old Glory and Bella Napoli are some favorites. I would suggest you look up Nashville Guru and look at Hillsboro and Edge Hill neighborhoods. You will see pictures and be able to look at shopping, restaurants and tons of other interesting information about where you will be staying.
Getting Around:
Despite our free parking spot, a car is not needed! We are walking distance to Midtown where you'll find local bars! Lyft/Uber to Broadway (Downtown Nashville) and the famous Honky Tonks are only $5-7 one-way! For the bold and adventurous, we recommend the dockless Lime scooters, which is how we travel :)
Other Things to Note:
Please know that all CozySuites properties are smoke-free environments. Smoking, of any kind, is not permitted within or outside of our suites, including balconies, patios, or common and/or parking areas. Please know that any sign of smoking is a violation of our stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500.

Failure to provide these documents will result in a cancellation and denied entry.

Please be advised that all guests will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay. By completing the reservation you agree to the following:
- You agree to be bound by our rental terms and conditions.
- You acknowledge that you will be required to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card prior to check-in.
- You acknowledge that you may be required to undergo a background check if mandated by the property management company or the building, as stated in accordance with your rental agreement and condition of the booking.
Minimum age requirement of primary person booking should be 22 years old.
No weapons or drugs allowed; zero tolerance means police will be called for violating this rule.
Noise policy: Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay. In addition, guests must agree to observe quiet hours from 9pm-8am each day. The home is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy.
Long-term stays (30 days+): Long-term guests will be subject to a background search and credit check.
Note that all guests are required to submit a $150 security hold on a credit card in case of incidentals that is released 3-5 days post check out or may choose a $35.00 non-refundable damage waiver.

This apartment is right in the middle of music row. The location was perfect even if we weren’t doing anything at Vanderbilt. Easy commute to downtown, which can be a pain in Nashville. The apartment itself is big. Improvement: would recommend to the management to deep-clean the outdoor gas grill (not working too good either)My only frustration was at our arrival: I asked if it was possible to arrive 45 min to 1 h before our check-in and the management wanted to charge an extra even if the apartment was ready to welcome us for four nights. Except of that: great stay

Spacious but a bit sparse with furniture. Location was great.
Our stay was great. It was exactly what we needed in proximity to Vanderbilt. Close to things you could walk to. Overall experience was excellent. Easy booking, check in and out.
Love this place! The detailed check in was great. We very much enjoyed our trip! My only issue was the king size bed was too firm for my taste. I love love that there is is not a twelve step process to check out like a lot of other places!
We had a wonderful 3 night stay here. The unit was clean, A/C worked great, loved the little private balcony and appreciated the garage parking. It was quiet and secure. We had a bit of difficulty with the access code and management was available by phone and instantly rectified it. We loved being able to walk to restaurants, coffee shops, and some Nashville attractions. We would definitely stay here again.
Property was in a quiet and safe location. Short ride to Broadway. Very close to Midtown, Vanderbilt University and Centennial Park. Plenty of space in the condo for 4 people.

Overall, the amenities were fine, but just fine. Many items needed repair, including a cracked window, blinds that would not lift, multiple cabinet doors in the kitchen that were off the hinges or closed incompletely and many window ledges we're building condensation with cold water accumulating on the sills. While many items including dish soap, laundry detergent and shampoo and conditioner were provided, body soap was not which I found odd. This rental was perfectly fine for what we needed when our home lost power and water during Winter Storm Fern, and could be acceptable for university student with long hours who may not spend much time there besides sleeping. That said, I would not recommend this stay for those on vacation or visiting Nashville.
A short cab ride to where the music is and a nice, quiet neighborhood. Condo was clean and very nice. There was no dresser and a big closet that only had a few hangers— otherwise, it was a great place

The check in process is terrible and I still don’t know what the check out process is. Everything else was good.
We really enjoyed our stay. A few recommendations….Didn’t realize that both bathrooms weren’t en-suite. Would prefer fans in the bedrooms. Last, need more coffee k-cups for 4 people staying 3 nights (only 4)
Our host was very responsive and checked on us during our stay.
It could use more seating in the living room that is more comfortable than what is in there. The rooms need T.V.s and our overall experience with it being pet friendly was nice. Some things was left unattended on repairs that needed some attention. We would stay here again. Thank you for our stay.
