Beautiful, modern waterfront cottage located in North Frontenac on Mississagagon Lake. Fully updated with soaring ceilings and abundant natural light in generous living room. Large modern kitchen and dining room. Private setting on 3.5 forested acres with 260 ' of shoreline. Excellent swimming on clean and quiet lake. Sunset views from dock and extensive decking. Master bedroom (Bedroom 1) with queen bed and en suite bathroom. Guest suite with queen bed and en suite bathroom (Bedroom 4) is private from the main cottage creating a separate area for couples/grandparents/etc. Please note there are approximately 20 stone steps from the cottage to the dock. 20 minute drive from Bon Echo Provincial Park. Minimum 1 week rental (Saturday to Saturday).
