This is a gorgeous property beautifully maintained. Our group of 10 spanning 3 generations made use of all of it-from the beach and deck to the tv/gaming area and the beautiful great room. We highly recommend it and would happily rent it again!

Lovely home with space for us all to gather together while also having our own space. Outdoor living area had a gorgeous view of Lake Michigan.

Our family enjoyed a wonderful week in the house! It was very spacious, clean, and equipped with everything we needed for the week. The deck and beach provided incredible views of the lake and sunsets; we even had a few bald eagle sightings! The location was perfect as well- just minutes to Leland for shopping, dinner, or groceries. We can’t wait to return!

Location, location, location! The site on Lake Michigan is fantastic and the close proximity to Leland, Suttons Bay and Glen Arbor creates a multitude of fun activities. The large bedrooms and five full baths made this house a perfect fit for our family of nine adults and two teens.

Lovely property with plenty of great sleeping options for little people and adults alike. Lovely long outdoor eating table when weather cooperates. Would have loved a few smaller chairs for children and a straight backed arm chair for my husband with a bad back but everything else was picture perfect. Lots of great space for families. Tons of puzzles and board games for young and old alike. Great place for s’mores and the beach was a highlight too.

The property needs a full clean from top to bottom - cobwebs throughout inside, showers need good scrubbing, sheets had not been changed on one upstairs bed, fireplace had not been cleaned out from previous guests, kitchen door hard to lock.

Need lighting in stairway. Some lighting was confusing. Doors stick in bedroom 1&6 bathrooms…one guest got stuck and couldn’t open door. Overall, enjoyed our stay and the house was nice. The location of property was fabulous…that view!

Wonderful home on the shore of Lake Michigan with amazing views

This home lives up to is VRBO billing. Great place. You will love it. Lots of room; amazing deck for sunset views; close to many interesting places. Clean. Well equipped kitchen. We were very happy with our week there.

Wonderful House for a Large Group!!!

We loved the Spacious Lake Leelanau Home on Lake Michigan!!! There were eight of us in our group that gets together every two years, and this was probably our favorite house we have stayed at so far. The outdoor seating (and views) was a favorite with lots of seating options, the kitchen was well stocked, the fire pit made for a perfect evening after sunset, and the spacious great room was used every morning by those of us getting up early. The rooms were great, as was the rest of the house!I would add that there are really 5 bedrooms with walls and a door. The upstairs "master bedroom" is really a loft area with access through a door on one side and an open circular staircase on the other side. Additionally, the mattresses were either extremely soft and one was extremely firm.5 STARS from all of us for the Spacious Lake Leelanau Home on Lake Michigan!!

This property was amazing! Easy for a family getaway. Beach access was perfect. As a family from mostly Texas, we were worried about no air conditioning, but the cross winds throughout the house and fans in every room made it well circulated and not a problem in mid July. The access to Leland is about 5 minutes. Easy to get groceries or walk around town. The beds weren’t the softest but manageable for the week. Lots of places for people to sit. A well organized kitchen. Grill. Everything you need is at this house. The only complaint from our group is about the water smell which we forgot about in Michigan on a well. The sulpher comes and goes. All in it was a fabulous trip and one we would do again.

Fun for All!

We were a family group ranging in age from 10 to 74, and everyone had a great time. The house was wonderful - a great kitchen with newer appliances, comfortable beds, quiet spaces and game spaces, huge deck with a view to die for, ample parking, easy Lake access, nice grassy area on Lake shore with freestanding fire pit (which we used for hot dogs and s'mores), beautiful sunsets, and so much more. And there are SO many things to do in the area! Some went to Sleeping Bear Dunes, some went golfing, many did wine tastings at the numerous local wineries (Aurora was our favorite), some explored Traverse City, some rented a pontoon boat on Torch Lake, some visited the charming nearby towns of Leland and Glen Arbor, some went swimming in the Lake, some played cornhole (we brought our own equipment), some even spent a day on Mackinac Island. We usually vacation in a new location each year, from mountains to beach and everything in between, for the chance to visit new places and try new things. For the first time, everyone agreed that we would love a return trip to this wonderful property in Lake Leelanau on Lake Michigan.
