I cannot say enough good things about this trip. The host was very responsive and accommodating, clearly communicating any changes or updates. The place itself was as advertised - quiet, idyllic, and great for a long weekend vacation. We enjoyed the kayaking, the swimming, and the summer fun. I'd recommend this place to anyone looking for a get away with friends and/or family.

Very happy to have met and exceeded your family’s expectations Ron! The lakeside fire pit is one of our absolute favorites too! 😃
This accommodation is much beautiful than in the photos. The cottage is ideal for big and small families and has everything you need for have an amazing holiday experience. It is right on a beautiful lake in the middle of the forest. The views at the end of the day are amazing, everything reflecting on the water. The accommodation is well equipped with water sport items for the guests making the day in the lake unforgivable. Jason, the host, gave us a wonderful welcome with great threats and welcome card. I will return to this place with my family.
Thanks Jason!

Thank you Cilia! You were wonderful guests. Pleased to know your families enjoyed the water toys and the pictures exceeded expectations. Happy to have you back!
Great cottage for a family.
Large cottage with great views of the lake throughout, large common area to hang out with a fireplace and tv. Lake is spectacular, crystal clear, great for fishing. Owner was very responsive with any questions we had. There is a foodland 5 min away with an LCBO attached to it. Bring your own firewood for camp fires. Tap water is not drinkable but they provide drinking water through a water cooler. One of the rooms with 2 beds is in a cabin in the woods separate from the main cottage.
Beautiful clean cottage on an crystal clear lake perfect for the family

Wonderful that our Inn was able to accommodate your extended family vacation so comfortably! The updated bunkie really is to die for! Thank you for your kind words Ali.
We just spent 5 days at the Wolf's Head Inn with our group of 10 and had an amazing time! Nothing but great things to say. It accommodated our large group very nicely, especially with the bonus bunkie. I really appreciated the very large living room with plenty of cozy couch space & seating to spread out and all rooms were nicely decorated and were clean and fresh! I was impressed with the never-ending hot water, the very comfy beds, pillows & bedding and the kitchen being stocked with every convenience of home. Hubby was impressed with the great fishing off the dock & clear skies for stargazing, especially now with Perseids putting on a show! It was great to read & see the history behind the cottage! I LOVED the rustic feel mixed with the bedrooms, washroom & laundry in the new addition - it's the best of both worlds. Outside is well maintained with a large driveway, walkways and pretty garden. The lake is beautiful and really is very clear & warm and was thoroughly enjoyed along with the water toys, kayaks & paddleboard!
We'd love to return one day!

We are thrilled that your family enjoyed your vacation week at the Wolf’s Head!! Welcome back anytime Denise! Thank you
We rented for the long weekend and stayed at the wolf’s inn, it was very clean and very well equipped. The lake was beautiful and there were so many activities to do!
The owner of the property had set up a binder with all the information we needed to know, there was a couple kayaks, a paddle board, pool noodles and a speaker. We got to meet one of the neighbours and they were very friendly gave us some tips for fishing next time we visit since we weren’t sure what kind of fish the lake had, we now know it’s smallbass.
For the garbage we had to take a short 10 min drive to the landfill to drop off garbage/ recycling so bring $5 just in case they have someone there at the entrance.
Overall, it was a great experience we had a few minor inconveniences but Jason was so prompt to responding whenever we had a question or concern. We drove from London Ontario and had a blast; we will for sure be returning next year!
