The unit was comfortable. Unfortunately the ventilation system was not functioning properly. There was a rattle coming from the bedroom vent. The filter in the vents was VERY dirty and disgusting. I spoke to the property manager and they supposedly were going to send someone to fix the issues. Unfortunately, that never happened! I also was left on permahold by the customer service rep. People in the building were not the friendliest and every floor smelled like weed.

Nice place to stay North of NY city

Enjoyed the stay. I would have liked a better mattress, but that is being a little overly critical.

Great apartment in a great location

The communication with the letting agent was poor. After a 9 hour travel time our family were left sitting in the lobby waiting for access instructions. After a few phone calls we received the welcome instructions. The building has valet parking at $25 a night and charges for every entry and exit in between. At least it is secure. The apartment is big and had most things that we expected. It could have been cleaned better though. The gym is excellent. The games room was good and we didn’t use the pool. Location is excellent for walking distance into White Plains Center and for the main train ride into NYC.
