It has everything you’d expect from new construction including all stainless steel appliances, flat screen TVs, wireless internet, granite counter-tops, hardwood floors & ceiling fans. The two shaded decks give you plenty of room to relax outside. This first floor condo is located in the desirable Gold Coast section of town which is a perfect spot for all ages because everything is within walking distance whether it’s the beach, shops & rides on the boardwalk or the shops & restaurants on Asbury Ave. Check out the reviews from last season.

To hold your week, we require, along with the signed rental agreement, and a check for 50% upfront & 50% 30 days prior to check in (this total will include $300 refundable security deposit).

*Outside of summer season, I am open to longer extended stays but no year round
*We don't allow any pets (this includes small, non-shedding, well-behaved dogs)
