Comfortable beach house located a mere 200m to the beautiful waters of Sunrise Beach. 3 good size bedrooms ,lounge with big screen tv and seperate dining offer plenty of indoor space. Slide doors open onto a huge covered decked outdoor area with large dining table and stainless steel bbq, stepping onto a private fully fenced lawned garden area, providing complete privacy. With no immediate neighbors, this is a unique property, so close to the beach, 2 minute drive and your in Noosa Junction, or a mere 5 minute drive to Beautiful Hastings street. Walking distance to renowned Sunshine Beach village and Surfclub.
