Fantastische Unterkunft! Unglaublich tolle Einrichtung, hier stimmt alles.
The apartment centrally located to the train and bus stations and surrounded by great cafes and restaurants. The size of the suite is great for two couples and comes with a modern kitchen. The apartment is also in a great location to access old quebec- both lower and upper.
Everything was as advertised and Blaise was informative, responsive and welcoming. Location was great for accessing Old Quebec. Parking garage was close and convenient. Would definitely go again!
The apartment is just beautiful! The sixth floor windows looking out on rooftops felt like I was in Paris. Parking was very handy and easy to maneuver.
We stayed here over the Christmas period with 4 people and had a wonderful time. The owner was very clear with instructions and it is within 15mins walking distance of the train station - but will depend on your luggage and the amount of snow. The apartment was very warm and spacious and has all the necessary amenities needed. The apartment building itself is very quiet, although you may hear some footsteps from upper or lower floors as they are timber and not unusual for a building of this age and character. There is a lift and the view of the church domed roof next door is magical. You are on a high floor but you will hear the odd loud chatter from the street overnight but it is not too disturbing. You will see homeless people in the area, like any big city, as they are helped by the church next door, we did not find it an issue. The entry has a foyer and cupboard for all your snow gear removal, the 2nd bedroom has the laundry off it and everything you need there. We used both bedrooms plus sofa bed in loungeroom comfortably. 2nd bedroom mattress is quite firm. The location is great - you can walk 20-25mins into town if you want, but ubers were plentiful and cheap. There is a supermarket down the road and good coffee. It was a great place for 4 people, 2 showers in bathroom, kitchen situp island bench and dining room as well - it was like being at home, very good value for your money and very inviting.
The apartment is as shown on the site. The building is old and the apartment is spacious, nicely decorated, open and airy. Our bed was very comfortable. Lots of room in the kitchen with an island perfect to gather around. The shower in the bathroom is fabulous. The building is very quiet. We never heard anyone inside or outside the building. The only noise we heard was when we walked on the wooden floors. They are old and wooden......but to me it just adddd character to the apartment. The sofas are uncomfortable and need to be updated. The elevator was an issue. Sometimes it worked, but when it didn't, we had to walk up 6 flights of stairs. Obviously it is a problem that the apartment owner can't resolve, it is a building issue. For someone with mobility issues, this could present a insurmountable problem. For us, we were able to handle the stairs and Blaise was very helpful. We would definitely stay at the apartment on another visit. P. T.
So amazing. Host was very responsive and accommodating.

We enjoyed a wonderful stay! Apartment was lovely, artsy, and comfortable for our family. It was fun to explore the local neighborhood and also easily walkable to other areas. Our host was terrific with communications throughout our stay.
National Park questions do not apply The apartment was beautiful, spacious, clean, with a very usable kitchen. We received a text about how to access the key and parking, and at first it seemed daunting although It turned out to be very doable. Initially, we had trouble finding the parking, contacted the owner and he quickly responded with instructions. The parking is confusing only because of so many one-way streets to get there, but actually it is extraordinarily close. Great restaurants, Christmas store, beautiful cathedral in the neighborhood.
Great location, very close to restaurants and a grocery store. There are homeless people in the neighbourhood but we were never approached so still felt safe. Apartment was comfortable and had everything we needed. We had a water problem one morning but the host promptly resolved it. We would stay there again!
This was a great appartment, had all the amenities and was close to great restaurants. A nice walk to the old city.

We had a great time at this lovely apartment! The apartment had everything that we needed and was in good proximity to old town. There were a lot of homeless people around but they weren’t an issue. We loved walking in the neighborhood and getting breakfast at Jina cafe. The Place market was also a great little shop around the corner from the apartment. The apartment is even nicer than the pictures! The owner was very good at responding and making sure we were having a good time. Would definitely recommend.
Everything was good - spacious, clean. Area was bit out of way but could still walk to Old Quebec, found some great restaurants just around corner. Few homeless etc but were no problem & we felt safe. Apartment was older, squeaky floors but well appointed & comfortable. Host was responsive.
Nice space in an older building, with a few minor issues. Lots of homeless people and partying nearby, making it loud through the night. Beds were a bit hard/uncomfortable, but otherwise the space was clean and functional for our family.
A great location to explore old Quebec City. We walked everywhere and always felt safe. It was very close to good restaurants and a grocery store. The loft was well equipped and had lots of space for our family of four. Highly recommend it.
The place was exactly as advertised. The host was great. Blaise was very quick to respond to questions and had a lot of information which helped us have a great vacation. We would stay here again.
Really nice apartment. Went with my family of 5 lots of room! Apartment is very roomy. The one way streets make it a bit hard to find (one of the roads was closed down which obviously in not anyone's fault. Parking is very close and convenient to apartment. There is a great strip of restaurants grocery stores, shops steps away. Old Quebec about a 20-25 minute walk. Don't be alarmed by the reviews regarding the homeless. Yes there are a few but they do not bother anyone. I would recommend this place to anyone visiting quebec city.
We loved the studio apartment and the large rooms. Bathroom was a great size plus two showers. One more small bathroom would be nice. Apartment came well supplied with everything. Just ran out of paper towels. More ice trays.
Nice spot, not too far of a walk to old Quebec, close to a grocery store which was convenient as well. Property was well kept and had more than enough room for 3 people

Be Aware-Neighborhood is considered a "hot spot"
The unit is gorgeous and well kept. Unfortunately, the neighborhood is LOADED with homeless people. They yell, scream and bang all night long, making it impossible to sleep with the windows open. It was very frightening. Locals (tour guide and uber drivers) told us that the block the property is on is considered a "hot spot" that they do not usually go to.

Beautiful space, but poor communication.
I’ll start by saying this is a beautiful spacious apartment. Very nice location, and we had fun staying there. However, we hadn’t heard back from property owner less than 24 hours before we checking in. This was really stressful and we had to get VRBO to step in to get any kind of response. As mentioned, the apartment is stunning, but there were small things. The floor was not cleaned well (dust bunnies, nail clippings and clothing tags under one of the beds), a cupboard had come off the hinges, and the washing machine was broken. The floor is really creaky so you have to creep around, and you could hear similar noise from the neighbors apartment. There was free parking in an underground lot sort of under the building, but no direct access back inside. There are a plethora of stores and markets just a few minutes away and it’s a 25 minute walk to the old town.
