Thank you for sharing this wonderful apartment with us. The location worked well for being able to see Quebec City. Having an assigned parking space close by was great! We appreciated being able to come back in the evening and have a nice meal together.

This was a great place, beautifully decorated and in an excellent location for everything Quebec City has to offer. Communication with Blaise was easy and we really enjoyed our stay. Highly recommend.

We were delayed checking in due to lack of contact from the host and also an incident with the homeless people by the church had caused the police to block the road. The apartment is in a building full of rentals, how quiet your neighbours are depends on the luck of these. Parking is close on foot, but not by car due to the road closures in the area. It is just not in a location that I would recommend, with the church next door being a refuge for the homeless it gives the entire area a feeling of unsafe. For anyone looking to book this location, I recommend reading the other reviews and google searching the Saint Roche area before making an informed decision.

Everything was as advertised and Blaise was informative, responsive and welcoming. Location was great for accessing Old Quebec. Parking garage was close and convenient. Would definitely go again!

We enjoyed a wonderful stay! Apartment was lovely, artsy, and comfortable for our family. It was fun to explore the local neighborhood and also easily walkable to other areas. Our host was terrific with communications throughout our stay.

A great location to explore old Quebec City. We walked everywhere and always felt safe. It was very close to good restaurants and a grocery store. The loft was well equipped and had lots of space for our family of four. Highly recommend it.

Great location, very close to restaurants and a grocery store. There are homeless people in the neighbourhood but we were never approached so still felt safe. Apartment was comfortable and had everything we needed. We had a water problem one morning but the host promptly resolved it. We would stay there again!

Cute apartment in a convenient location

Our family of five stayed here. It was decorated in a cute, eclectic style. It was well-furnished with everything we needed. It was about a 15-20 minute pleasant walk to Old Quebec City which had lots of restaurants and sites. We were just a block from coffee shops and restaurants plus a grocery store just a few blocks away. I would definitely stay here again!

Great Place for a Winter Visit

The apaartment was comfortable and outfitted with everything we needed. The location is great; a short walk to get to many restaurants and businesses and walkable to the Old City even in the cold and snow. The place was very clean and Blaise was great about checking in with us and providing us with recommendations for restaurants, coffee shops, and attractions. We highly recommend!
