Perfect for our short stay

Needed a nicely located Surprise place to work from for a couple days before heading to the Grand Canyon. Nice, clean home in Sun City West. Comfortable and nicely located for access to groceries, etc. Couldn't get the coffee maker to work, but that may have been operator error. Other than that, a great stay for us.

Sun City West Vaca

We loved the location and the home was exactly how it was described on VRBO. Home had everything we needed for our short stay. Bathrooms were clean and had great shower pressure! The two bedrooms had comfortable king beds and each had a TV. Kitchen had everything we needed. Nice screened patio on the back was great for coffee in the am. WiFi worked great also. Very affordable home with all you need, better than a hotel. Host was nice when we had a issue with unlocking the front door (my error). Would stay again if visiting the area.

Everything was comfortable! Wish the pillows were correct size…. But if tat was only thing…. It was perfect! Enjoyed our stay. Did not realize that door would not open until the strike of 3 or 4 …. Don’t remember… think we arrived 4 minutes early & wasted the contact persons time trying to get in. We understand…. Definitely would stay there again!

We have stayed at this property twice now. The first visit was wonderful! Comfortable house..good location. Unfortunately, our second visit was not nearly as nice! It may have been due to busy time of season. The house was dirty! Especially the refrigerator that had extremely dirty shelves… something spilled on the shelves & never cleaned, HAIRYES HAIR in the fridge & freezer. Disgusting! Lucky we only had bottled water in it. The stove still had remnants of someone’s spaghetti sauce…. Both bathrooms had urine that had not been cleaned around the front of the tile. Medicine cabinet shelves were dirty. Child’s handprints remained on full length mirrors and sliding doors, and TVDefinitely not the same experience as prior stay! Whoever cleaned it should be ashamed! Owner never contacted us after complaint. I take this as they don’t care. We will NEVER stay there again! If owner does not have decency to reach out we will take our money elsewhere!
