Sunshine Views is ideally located in Warburton boasting mountain and garden views from the large living room windows and back deck area. For a relaxing escape or a family getaway, Sunshine Views is the perfect home away from home.

When the days are sunny, the sunlight shines through into open plan living and kitchen area. On the cooler wintery days, the wood heating keeps you cosy and warm. Two bedrooms with comfortable queen beds caters nicely to four guests. The large master bedroom has a comfortable queen bed, ensuite and sitting area opens onto the back deck area.
A spacious deck with barbecue and dining setting overlooks the surrounding mountains and is perfect for outdoor dining or relaxing with a good book and glass of wine.

Sunshine Views is located a short drive to Warburton township, whilst the road to Sunshine Views is quite steep you can certainly walk into town and back. A stroll along the famous Yarra River with coffee from one of the many cafes is a great way to start your stay. There are so many things to do and see in Warburton and the surrounding area, you are really spoiled with choice!! From exploring La La Falls, Rainforest Gallery and Mt Donna Buang Summit along with the local wineries and farm gates which are open during harvest seasons.

Things to Note:
We ask for no shoes inside, bring along your slippers.
Firewood is provided during winter months, enough is provided to get you going, if you happen to run out you can purchase locally at hardware store or service station.
There are steep areas on the property, we ask that guests take their time and be careful when walking around the yard, in particular the back yard.
Carparking in driveway only
Please be aware when reversing or driving into carport, particular with taller cars, as the carport is quite low. It's best to reverse down the driveway slowly.
