Wonderful cabin on the water. The ramp being next door was huge as it allowed for easy drop in and pick up. Had a small minor issue with roof leak and almost immediately someone was over to address it. Great place, owners and property managers.

Our family had a nice time. We loved being right on the lake with our own dock. House was clean and comfortable. Houses are really close together. There’s a run-down property a few lots away. Otherwise, neighborhood seems fine. Friendly people—no issues!

The cabin was not what was expected. The back of property needs a lot of upkeep work and enclosed deck was dirty. We also had no tv for 2 days while we were there. The boat ramp was also not usable for our boat.

Trip was great and nice place but a few inconveniences. There was no water at dock to clean fish, weeds overgrown on stairs. The exterior doors do not stay closed unless locked with deadbolt which could be an issue with smaller kids.

Located in a quite neighborhood, this comfortable clean place is beautifully remolded with custom pine, red cedar trim and cabinets other types of wood on the inside and cypress outside on the lakeside of the house. This location is convenient and close to Toledo Town, Pendleton Bridge, Tackle shop, Restaurants, Grocery, Supply and Hardware Stores and just 20 minutes away from Cypress Bend Golf Resort and the New Water Park.
