The house was great, had enough room for everyone, was a great location, the only problem we had was the internet could not access it one of the guests paid 10.00 just to use it. We tried the password and the network, but nothing worked. Would rent again if I returned to Atlanta. Thanks J Dade

Needs some attention

We rented this house while in town for a family wedding. While there are plenty of beds, there was only 2 forks, 2 knives and 2 spoons in the kitchen. For a house that sleeps 14. Yes, we looked in every drawer in the kitchen. Also, the bathrooms had half of an old towel as a bathmat which was very odd. Overall, the house has great potential, but they need to pay attention to some small, and not so small details.

After reviewing your feedback with the homeowner, they wanted to share the following updates:-It sounds like some of the kitchen utensils may have been left in the dishwasher before your arrival, which led to the shortage you experienced. We’ll be double-checking to ensure that future guests have a fully stocked kitchen.-The bath mat you mentioned has been replaced with a brand-new bath mat to provide a fresher experience in the bathrooms.We do all we can to make the best possible stay, and we look forward to this property hosting many satisfied guests. Got the job done

The house wasn’t exactly what I was expecting but it got the job done. It was in an ideal location close to everything but far enough for privacy. It was nice to be able to house our entire group comfortably but it would have been nice to have the home stocked a little more. There wasn’t many cooking dishes or utensils, cleaning supplies and toilet paper. The house wasn’t exactly cleaned throughly as we found hair and trash throughout the home. Otherwise, the home has some amazing potential. Just needs a few upgrades.

We were scheduled to check in on 7/24/25 when we arrived approximately 5:30 pm the property had not been cleaned beer bottles left with cigarette ashes on table ,live roaches visible crawling around multiple cans of raid throughout the property used to spray the insects, lizzard in the bathroom, showers and floors not cleaned some of the electric not working in parts of the house, cloth furniture stained. Owner was called and came to property started spraying raid himself,owner also agreed the property was not up to standards and agreed to cancel our agreemen and give a full refund, after a 14 hour drive we spent over 3 hours on one phone call sitting in a parking lot trying to book another property with 10 family members ranging 1yr to 88yr, the only property available was an hour and a half away from family we arrived at the new location at 1am.The purpose of the trip was for my mother in law 75th birthday with family members attending from different states we were not able to participate in may of the functions due to the distance from the rest of the family members

Christmas Vacation

The outside property and foundation of the home is beautiful. However, the house is very old and needs a lot of work. Plumbing was terrible, the sinks were clogged in the kitchen and the downstairs bathroom had a lot of toilet issues. The house was not fully clean when we arrived and there were gnats and water in the sink. Unfortunately we did have bugs that were found under the couches. The lights flickered a lot. The house did not look like the photos online. However we made the best of the situation and had plenty of space for our family. I didn’t get any replies from the house manager about issues.

We followed up with the homeowner after reading your feedback, and they wanted to share the following:- The plumbing issues seem to have been caused by improper use of the kitchen sink disposal, which we resolved after your departure. The downstairs toilet was recently replaced and had no prior issues, so we’ll investigate further to ensure everything functions properly.- Regarding cleanliness, the home is thoroughly cleaned before each stay, and we’ve reviewed your comments with our cleaning team to ensure the highest standards are maintained. We couldn’t confirm the presence of bugs or gnats during this time of year, but we will inspect the home thoroughly.- The flickering light in the living room was addressed with a temporary solution while awaiting repairs.We apologize for any lapses in communication and are working to improve responsiveness. Christmas 2023

The property from the outside is great. Pictures were accurate. Pictures featured website on inside of house not so accurate. The house was extremely dirty on the inside and unkept. There was a sign on the oven that said it was out and would be replaced the following week. Not a good way to start the holiday. I called the property manager and insisted that an oven be delivered and I should have been informed prior to my coming so I could have canceled the reservation. He said I could cook in the “air fryer “. Can you imagine cooking Christmas dinner in an air fryer? After a back and forth about the oven, he agreed to bring one to the house the next morning. It was delivered that night. The bathrooms were filthy. Feces on the toilet seat downstairs. My sisters(thank God for them) had to clean. When pointed out to the property manager, he blamed the Spanish cleaning lady. Because our family rent vacation homes for gatherings we are quite familiar with the process of how a property should be when you get there. The bedding was stained and looked slept in. Once again, we had our own, but headed out and purchased additional bedding, towels and cleaning supplies. There was opened used bars of soap with hair still in the bathroom soap holders. We refused to use any of the pots, pans and utensils. We went and purchased are own supplies. This property was very disappointing and I won’t rent it again. It has the potential to be a great rental, but it has to be better maintained.

We followed up with the homeowner after reading your feedback, and they wanted to share the following:- We use professional photographers so we can be sure that our images accurately reflect each property and guests can decide before booking if the property meets their expectations.- Our cleaning service ensures that the house is professionally cleaned before every guest's arrival. Upon receiving your communication regarding cleaning concerns, we promptly dispatched our cleaning team to address them immediately. They identified and cleaned a small spot inside the toilet as well as a small unused refrigerator, resolving the issues you pointed out.- The linens provided were thoroughly washed before your check-in, as part of our standard practice to clean them before the arrival of each new guest. While we wash and dry the linens, we do not iron them, which may result in occasional wrinkles.- To cater to varied preferences, we supply both hotel-sized soap and body wash, as well as bath products commonly found in a personal home, allowing guests to choose according to their needs.- Regarding the pots, pans, and utensils, our inspection revealed no issues. We're unsure why you opted to purchase new supplies of these items.- We committed to replacing the stove the day after your arrival, anticipating your cooking needs as per your communication. However, due to your insistence, our maintenance team diligently searched and successfully installed a new unit on the same day. We have worked very hard to provide a clean and comfortable place for guests to enjoy and will continue to do all we can to provide the best possible stay for our guests!
