Guests enter Tees and Tides by walking up the playful, rainbow-colored exterior staircase to the front porch and front door. Once you enter your code within the electronic door lock on the front door, you will find the living room, dining area, kitchen and sunroom. You will also find the hallway that leads to the home's three bedrooms and two bathrooms. You may access the back porch through the sunroom.



Please note there is no pool access with this home.



Tenant must be 25 years old. NO SMOKING. NO PARTIES, EVENTS, PERFORMING ARTISTS OR BANDS ALLOWED AT ANY TIME. Pets are not permitted at any time. You may not exceed the maximum occupancy at any time — day or night. These are causes for eviction with no refund, and may damage our ability to offer the home for future guests exposing you to liability. Isle of Palms will be conducting minor beach replenishment in 2026. This is due to recent storm erosion. We apologize for the inconvenience. This may impact beach access. There will be construction traffic and noise in the immediate area of any work site.
