Have you always wanted to Vacation on Chincoteague Island, but couldn't bear the thought of 4 of you in a hotel room? Love the idea of a Vacation Home, but don't want to break the bank? Look no further than Sunrise Serenade at Sea Tag Lodge, formerly "Sea Tag # 24". These fabulous Condos are located directly on the Assateague Channel with some of the most breathtaking Views to be had. Just imagine relaxing on your Waterfront Balcony and seeing our famous Wild Ponies roaming in the Marsh across the Channel. There is something for absolutely everyone in your family at Sunrise Serenade!

This delightful and affordable 2nd Floor Condo sleeps 4 and is an end-unit, offering even more sweeping views and privacy. Relax in the cool comfort of the Living Area after a fun-filled day on the Beach, and enjoy the large Flat Screen Satellite TV and even Free WiFi, while taking in phenomenal Water Views right from the comfort of the sofa! Decorated in classic Beach Cottage style, you will love the white washed knotty-pine walls that are reminiscent of strolling on a Boardwalk. 

The Kitchen features new Solid Surface Countertops and is well-stocked with everything you need to prepare family meals or whip up some fresh Chincoteague Seafood. Hopefully you will be cooking up some fresh fish, crabs, or clams you caught right from the Private Dock! A Charcoal Grill is also provided in the picnic area if grilling is your thing. You'll love dining Al-Fresco on the Balcony while taking in one of our famous Chincoteague Sunsets, or stay cool indoors in the Dining Area.

The Master Bedroom features a Queen Bed and another large Flat Screen Satellite TV, and is beautifully decorated in colors of Sand and Sea. In the Living Area, there is a Brand New (2019) Queen Sleeper Sofa - absolutely perfect!. A spacious Full Bathroom has a Tub/Shower Combo and is adorned in colors of the sun setting over the Bay. Sea Tag Lodge has on-site Pay Laundry for your convenience, as well. 

Sunrise Serenade also comes with a Private Boat Slip that will accommodate up to a 25 foot boat! And if you happen to be coming for our famous Chincoteague Pony Swim, you truly cannot ask for a better location - you won't even have to leave your Balcony!  Traveling with friends or extended family? Also check out its sister home, Sunrise Sonata, located on the 1st Floor directly below Sunrise Serenade.

We stayed at this location 4 years ago and once again enjoyed the view of Assateague Island and the channel from the deck. I never was able to get the DirectTV working properly following the directions and found no directions except for Google for using the Blue Ridge Splits and nothing for operating the dishwasher. There was carpet with curled edges (tripping hazard) in both the bedroom and the sitting area. The bathroom and the kitchen were both very clean and well equipped.

Amazing view and with binoculars you can see the ponies from the deck. Ac is is ice cold, and plenty of kitchen stuff to cook and prepare any meal. Only thing i would change is extra towels as 4 towels for 4 days with 2 adults and a child is stretching it.

Comfortable stay in a nice location. The unit is dated but very livable. The views from the deck were beautiful. The host was very communicative. Overall we had a good enough experience here, however, it wasn't very clean. We purchased our own spray cleaner to do a better job than the routine wipe. Floors left the bottoms of our fleet black from check in.

Beautiful View !

The property had a gorgeous view of the Chincateague Channel and lighthouse right from our deck! The location was great for crabbing right off the dock. My husband did great crabbing! There was good communication with Property Manager. We had a relaxing and fun trip.

The property is exactly as shown in the listing. It is clean and spacious. A lot of reviews note that the property is “old” but, the bathroom appears to be newly renovated and the kitchen is modern. The patio/deck space is great and the horses are an obvious added bonus

We love staying at the Sea Tag , particularly because of the stellar views. This is our first stay at this particular unit. It is certainly on par with other units we have stayed in over the years. The owners were in their game every step of the way with communication.

Peace and quiet…

Wonderfully peaceful. Beautiful view. Crabbing was great from the dock. The only downfall was the small tv in the living room. Tried to watch a football game and it was tough. However who goes to the beach to watch tv.

Gorgeous views. Needs a little updates

Overall I loved the stay. Sitting on the second floor porch every morning watching the sun come up and at night as it went down was the best. We enjoyed crab fishing. The sky at night has very little light pollution so you see every star. The place itself was nice too. It did need some updates. The stairs outside were very shaky, the pull out bed in the couch you can feel every metal piece when laying on it, and we had to rewash any dishes we wanted to use before hand as they were not clean. I would definitely go back though mostly for the calm and relaxing porch and views. And by the way if you want to see the ponies you will need binoculars or a telescope.
