Really good experience

Property was clean and had everything we needed. Perfect location for what we had planned and easily found by gps. Host was accessible via text and even okayed us to check in a few hours early as our flight got in early! Great experience overall.

Everything about the home was great. Family space that fits everyone. Something I love having is the ability for our family to fall asleep in the parlor.The only thing I think needed for families are to add family sized cookware

Keaau getaway/one AC unit

*Does not have central AC (although it was advertised as having central AC), but instead has one AC unit in combined living room/ dining room/ kitchen area, and none in the bedrooms. *Only has plastic dishes, and only very large and very small bowls but none the average size for cereal. *Ceramic coffee cups, but only has single-cup coffee maker. *I bought drinking water (35-50 cents per refill gallon) because water is from catch basin . They do have UV water filter etc. on-site. *Was told after I arrived that I needed to drop off garbage at transfer station (garbage dump). I was quite surprised because I have stayed at many other places in Hawaii and have never been told this, and this unit charged the most for cleaning fee. At the end of my week's stay, I was told I could leave garbage in the garage on check-out day for cleaning staff. *Unit was newly built with nice garage to park car. *They had an outdoor grill, but there was a note In check-in instructions that said I would need to purchase gas for grill if tank was empty. I didn’t use grill but there was gas in the tank.

Amazing is pretty much what needs to be said about this place . Straight home away from home . Everything was so comfortable from couch to beds . Enough space for my family and I. . Everything provided to make our stay less stressful . So peaceful and relaxing The place was cool inside didn't need to use the air conditioning. If we ever return to Hawaii I hope this spot will be available. Mahalo
