Located in the popular northern part of Golden Beach, this holiday home is the perfect base for your next coastal escape. Stroll to the local beach and explore the Esplanade with its waterside parks, cafes and restaurants, while the Caloundra CBD is close by.

This pet-friendly accommodation features three generous bedrooms, offering plenty of room for up to six guests. Relax in style with brand new furnishings, two living areas, ducted air conditioning, smart TV and Wi-Fi with everything for the perfect holiday.

As this property is pet friendly and allows 2 dogs inside but not on the furnishings. We also ask you to please make sure you clean up after your animal or extra charges may apply, your help in this matter is greatly appreciated. Please note all our pet friendly properties allow Dogs only.

The property does have a ramp at the back ( but door is narrow and has a small lip at the door and you would have to move the couch to get a wheelchair through ) and rails in the en-suite shower and toilet.


Linen is included, beds are not made.

The shed at the back is available for use.

What a lovely place to stay , the house was clean comfortable and well appointed. It was close to town and close to the water with amazing views to the ocean. Highly recommended for couples or families

Great holiday stay

Wonderful modern house with all the furnishings. Great kitchen, outside area for the dogs to lounge in the sun. Beach is a short walk up the street to Esplanade. We really enjoyed our week at this property. Thanks for a great property

Great, relaxing holiday

Great property for relaxing holiday with dog. Not waterfront (that’s why I gave it 4 stars for location) but short stroll to water and the quiet Golden Beach. Close to Bill’s Boat Hire for easy boat, SUP and kayak hire when weather is right.

Everything it promises!

Beautifully renovated with 2 living areas, this property was everything it promises to be. It looks like a small home from the front, but it's spacious. Secure large yard for our dog, FULLY equipped cook's kitchen, quality crockery & glassware, excellent bedding and tastefully decorated. A minute's walk to The Esplanade at Golden Beach for beach sports and dog walking. Ceiling fans and A/C if it gets hot. Quiet neighbourhood. Great customer service through the property management company. Will def stay here again.

The house is clean, and well look after.Unfortunately the queen size bed are really double size bed. So my husband and I could not sleep together, we couldn't fit.The house dosent have a coffe machine or Tea pot.As well as we need to make the beds and take the linens out , including, towels and tea towels before 9:30 a.m on departure. Personally it feel like a lot of jobs.The backyard is big lot of.space for a family of 5 p.p and 2 small dogs.Walking distance to coffee shops.
