Rad was polite in communication and made an effort to tidy before leaving. He remained engaged and cooperative during follow-up, which we appreciated. However, the stay involved property damage, excessive cleaning, and a serious incident involving another guest. The situation resulted in significant disruption, including the need to rekey the entire property for security. Although Rad later demonstrated accountability, the incidents raised serious concerns regarding Rad and his guests management and the upkeep of the property. We would not host again, but with clearer responsibilities, Rad could be a suitable guest elsewhere.
