A cozy meticulously maintained newer build 4-season 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom lakefront cottage nestled on 3 acres in the heart of Muskoka. Offering a fully equipped kitchen with Jenn-Air appliances, marble counter tops and Nespresso coffee maker. Enjoy a leisurely morning coffee in the large the adjacent Muskoka room listening to the chipmunks chatter or, for very early risers - the call of the Loon. A few steps from the Muskoka room, really be one with nature by enjoying the outdoor shower with both hot & cold running water!

The 2-story great room features a floor-to-ceiling Muskoka granite fireplace and wall-to-wall, floor-to-ceiling windows providing wide-open unobstructed views of the great outdoors down to the lake. Sunset cocktails on the dock anyone? The property features a shallow entry natural sand beach with western exposure providing all day sun and beautiful sunsets well into the evening.

For those wanting to stay connected, this well appointed retreat is equipped with unlimited Bell wifi, fast phone chargers in the principal downstairs bedrooms, usb equipped electrical receptacles throughout the building and a 65" TV.

The golfers in the family have multiple options at hand with several courses located just 15-20 minutes in either direction while the shoppers can choose from Huntsville 20 minutes to the north or Bracebridge 15 minutes to the south.

Beautiful Property

My family and I had a wonderful relaxing stay at this cottage. It was beautiful, spacious, and very well equipped. The host was responsive when we had a small issue (power outage caused by a storm!). Would definitely book again.

We loved our stay!

The cottage was very clean and very well prepared for our visit. Everything we could possibly need was there. It felt like a hotel stay, except in a cottage. The house looks nicer in person than it did in the pictures. We enjoyed all the water equipment provided: canoe, paddle board, cayaks and pedal boats. The dog had an amazing time! She got porcupined in the face when she surprised the poor animal under the outdoor shower. There were a lot of family games provided, great tv selection, reliable wifi, books and magazines. All in all, we had the perfect time and we highly recommend this cottage! Thanks again for having us!
