Lovely Sanibel Island East end, deep-water canal home with 65' boat dock, just 6 houses from the Sanibel Marina, and easy access to the Bay, the Gulf of Mexico, and the Caloosahatchee River. Spacious and open living area, upscale appliances in the kitchen, and screened-in, private heated pool will ensure you have a wonderful Sanibel vacation. This is a monthly minimum stay. Conch Cottage has beach access by foot or bike.
