Beach Haven on Anastasia Island is a quick 10-minute drive south of downtown St. Augustine. It’s ideal for a relaxing beach getaway or an active trip! The heated in-ground pool provides a safe area for kids and adults. The quiet neighborhood features vacationers and year-round residents on a dead-end street. The beach is a two-minute walk via a scenic wooden walkway with stunning views of the dunes and ocean. Local wildlife includes turtles, rabbits, and birds, great for birdwatchers! We welcome children and pets for a small fee. Just minutes from restaurants and shopping, St. Augustine is dog-friendly with many outdoor dining options. There are 44 dog-friendly activities in the area, plus watercraft rentals, golfing, museums, art galleries, and historic sites. *The pool can be heated to 84 degrees for an additional $200 per week, with requests needed at least 48 hours prior to arrival. Note that we do not heat the pool from Memorial Day to mid-September.

Our stay at Beach Haven was nothing short of amazing. Property looks just like the pictures and was super clean. The pool was clean and warm. Home is very close to an excellent beach. Beds are comfortable and kitchen well appointed (we ate in 5 of 7 nights). There are lots of books, puzzles and games available, as well as pool floats and beach towels. I 100% would stay here again!

The house was exactly as pictured on the website and worked great for our group. It was a short 5 minute walk to the beach, easy for kids and adults. The kids loved the pool. We would definitely rent again.

We plan to definitely rent this property again. It was a gorgeous house with 3 bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths. It was clean and stocked with just about anything you will need besides your groceries. The pool area was well maintained with plenty of floats in the inside closet. It was a short walk from the beach. There isn’t a beach wagon available in which we brought our own. There are sand toys for the kids and several boggy boards. The property is a short distance drive to the grocery store and Historic Saint Augustine. The only thing I would have liked the house to have had was a full body mirror. My family and I loved our stay and would recommend it greatly.

One block away from beach access, neighborhood quiet, access to surrounding locations, all a plus for our trip. We visit once a year from St. Petersburg and will look into this property again on our next visit.
