Daniel, the property manager, is a friendly, helpful and promptly replies to queries. The property is in a residential, urban street a 5 - 10min walk to the great Kingsland restaurant seen. There is a small dairy amongst the Kingsland shops. There is off-street parking down a steep driveway, but the parking is flat. The place is very tidy and quiet. A great place, especially if you have friends or business in Kingsland . . . a great part of Auckland, with handy train-station.
