Beautiful spot overlooking the Falls River! We enjoyed the balcony so much! The location is fantastic since it’s only a mile to the entrance of Rocky Mountain National Park, and about a 6 minute drive from Estes Park. We lived using the fireplace and everything was very comfortable.

We enjoyed listening to the river from the condo. The gas fireplace was so convenient to knock off the chill, and the location is perfect to get to the RMNP!

Perfect Setting!
Spent two early Sept. days at Fawn Valley Inn!A perfect spot for a calming get away. Enjoyed sitting on the balcony overlooking the river with my coffee in the morning and glass of wine in the evening. Clean, quiet modern and beautifully decorated chalet. Highly recommend!
We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. It was exactly as described, and the furniture and bed were very comfortable and clean. I was especially impressed with the quality of the bath towels—a nice touch! The two small refrigerators worked well for our needs, although the freezer space is very limited. The kitchen was well equipped, and we had everything we needed. We absolutely loved the river view. It was so relaxing to sit in the chairs next to the river, read, and enjoy the peaceful surroundings. We also enjoyed relaxing by the fireplace in the evenings—it was a wonderful way to end the day.It would be nice to have taller chairs on the balcony to allow for a better view of the river. We also wished the blinds could be raised to enjoy more of the view from inside. The location was very convenient to the entrance to Rocky Mountain National Park. We knew there were stairs to reach the condo, but we didn't expect two short flights. It wasn't a problem for us, but knowing this ahead of time might have influenced how much luggage we brought.Overall, we had a wonderful and relaxing stay and really enjoyed the beautiful setting, comfortable accommodations, and peaceful atmosphere.
This condo was only 3 miles from RmNP. Quiet. Loved the river which was right outside our door to the porch. Very nicely furnished condo. Clean! The best! Close to town of Estes.

Perfect location and view!
My husband, daughter, and I stayed at the condo for a long weekend trip from Denver. We loved everything about our stay! The location is perfect - close to town and RMNP but still feels secluded and away from the hustle and bustle. The river views and sounds were perfect to wake up to. Condo had everything we needed as far as cooking supplies, towels, toiletries, etc.

We traveled from Florida to enjoy the Rockies. This condo was perfect. Great location to run into the park at dusk to see animals or stars. It was clean, well equipped with everything you need in the kitchen and a fantastic peaceful view of the river. The owner was very responsive with any questions. The sound of the river at night was the best.

Simply Perfect
Our stay was fabulous! The close proximity to RMNP made it a winner. We were able to visit the park in the evening for perfect wildlife viewing. The candles, the fireplace and the coffee left for us were all appreciated. We needed an assist to use the key code and the response was immediate and worked! The bed was comfortable and we really enjoyed the wildlife munching outside our bedroom window. The sounds of the river were amazing!

We loved it!
This condo has all been remodeled recently and the owners have done a beautiful job. The kitchen is new and has everything you need to cook and enjoy.
The living area is totally comfortable with new furniture and a cozy gas fireplace.
We enjoyed sitting outside on the deck and listening to the sounds of the Flow River. Very peaceful.
It is only a few miles to the entrance of Rocky Mountain National Park and we loved that.
Thoughtful caring people to work with and all went so smoothly. Thanks! T
The property was clean and everything was in good working order. There is no AC but open windows and let the breeze in, especially in the evening. The sound of the creek behind was wonderful as was the deck overlooking it. The pullout bed needs a new mattress, it is very thin so really not great for adults. The kitchen does not have a full size refrigerator but has two small units side by side. It was plenty of space for the three of us but the freezer section is small so not a lot of ice making could happen. There are stairs up to the unit door and the hall to the unit door is a steep narrow staircase. Not an issue for us but could be for others. The unit is very close to the Fall River park entrance which made it super easy to access the park. The Ranger at the welcome center was very helpful with a map of the park and suggestions for your day. Overall the unit is a good value for no more than four people. Parking was good and we did see an Elk in the parking lot. It is set in a beautiful area just off the highway.
Very nice one bedroom condo in a very convenient location. Kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. Had a number of gas grills on the grounds that we used several times. These also were very clean. Gas fireplace was useful in chilly evenings. We would definitely stay again.
