From the owner: "Thank you for staying at JustBCause, we are glad you enjoyed your visit to our beautiful town, look forward to hosting you again in the future."
Very clean property. It’s not extremely dog friendly meaning there’s not any grass area for the dogs to potty outside without going over to the park in the parking is really hard to get in and out of those are my only two concerns. Will consider booking again.

Thank you for staying at JustBCause! We're glad you found the property clean and appreciate your feedback. We weren’t aware that you had a pet with you, as no pet fee was paid—had we known, we would’ve been happy to unlock the gate on the north side of the property, which provides easy access to the community center walking track. We look forward to hosting you again!

Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication
Not really pet friendly, too close to the road and no grass area enclosed. Walked the dogs at the soccer field. Overall, wonderful home. Great location, walk to town. Everything in the home was great. Clean, great beds, great linens. Appreciate the healing environment. Food truck next door is excellent.

We’re glad you found the home comfortable and well-positioned for local attractions, and we appreciate you sharing your feedback. After passing along your comments to the homeowner, they wanted to share the following:- The home is located on the upper historic loop along Hwy 62, so some traffic noise can be expected in the evenings.- There is a small fenced-in side yard on the right side of the property for pets to use.- The home is also next door to a community center with a half-mile walking track and three dog waste stations, which many guests with pets find convenient. Thanks again for your review. We’re confident that with this added context, future guests (and their pups!) will enjoy their stay here even more.
Loved the property, I only wished that their would have been a stove to cook on.Location is near a few things but it's a very busy road. I would not opt to bring pets or let kids go outside. You can hear traffic all hours of the night.
the interior was unforgettable. The absence of a door to the bathroom was different. The close proximity to amenities was wonderful. The coffee that was supplied to us to drink was amazing. Overall a great place to stay.

From the owner: "Thank you for staying at just b cause Eureka Springs has many eclectic spaces and decor. We look forward to hosting your next stay."
My two daughters, my grand daughter and I stayed here in Eureka Springs, AR in October 2023. Perfect location! Easy in and out and close to everything. Super clean and comfy setting. Beds are very comfortable and there's a little room where we even set up a blow up bed for the teenager so she could have her own space. We'll be booking this site for our next girls' trip!
Clean, convenient and comfortable. This place has everything that you could ever want. Love the 1.5 bathrooms. Ample room for resting and relaxing without being on top of one another. Adequate kitchen with cool retro-vibe refrigerator. Convenient fenced-in area for your four legged fur baby(s) and plenty of on-sight parking. Highly recommend this property.

Perfect Location!!
There is a trolley stop directly across the street from this stay. So finding parking wasn’t anything we had to worry about. Also across the street was a bakery with the yummiest goodies and coffee! & a taco truck next door! Loved sitting on the front porch and watching the cars go by. Awesome shower head. Will be back!

We loved our stay!
This house is located in a great location. We also got to watch the Corvette parade right from our front porch. We were 5-minute drive away from everywhere we wanted to go. (downtown, the crescent) This house is not set up like most houses, it is unique. However, that is just how most things in Eureka are. We were very happy there and will be back!

Owner Response: "Thank you for staying look forward to hosting you again."
Loved this little house. It was perfect for myself and a few friends to use as a home base while we stayed in Eureka Springs for a week. The style is very vintage and eclectic, and then you look closer and some of the details are very thoughtful (like the shower! This 6’2” man thanks you for that tall shower)
We did have a few issues with people thinking the previous business was still at that address, but we just stuck a note to the door and had no further problems. And if you’re in Eureka on a Thursday, this rental is around the corner from the Farmer’s Market! Would definitely stay here again.

Quaint, perfect location
My daughters and teen granddaughter stayed for 3 days in Oct. 2024. It's comfortable, cozy, and quaint. We brought a blow up bed for my granddaughter to use in the small sitting room which gave her, her own space which was great. Kitchen is on the small side, but has adequate appliances to cook up smaller meals or reheat leftovers. We love that it is right on Hwy 62 - quick access to anywhere you want to go. During the day there is a bit of traffic noise, but not terrible. It winds down in the early evening and is not a problem at all during the night so you will sleep peacefully. Highly recommend!!
The property was nice and clean. The kitchen area is very small with no table. The full bathroom is a little awkward in the bedroom, be sure and look at photos before booking. But it worked out ok for us. One negative is that this place used to be a massage place and the sign is still up, so we had several people stop by wanting an appointment and one even walked right in on us, so was not happy about that. Parking is very close to main road and can be a little difficult to get out. Again, the place was nice and very clean and we would stay here again.
We liked that we could reheat our leftovers with the airfryer, electric skillet, and microwave. However there was a lack of counterspace to use the electric skillet.
This is a place to stay if you will be primary heating up leftovers from takeout, not necessarily if you plan to cook most of your meals.
We liked that we were across the street from a trolley stop! However it is right on a busy street, at a curve in the road.
There was one small room that was a mystery. It had a couch in it and a vanity, I wasn't sure what that room was supposed to be used for. It could easily be converted into a small bedroom.
Overall this was a great value for our family to spend spring break in Eureka Springs.
