Not what we expected

The outside of the property and yard were filthy, rubbish everywhere, mainly from tenants next door. Carport dirty etc. Very noisy next door only because a big concrete pour was being pumped to building floor. We just needed something quieter as we had been travelling.

Great apartment, good location unfortunately there was construction work going on nextdoor and this wasen't disclosed which affected the properties amenity.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Evans Head is a beautiful spot, and our unit was close to the beach. I was, however disappointed that the unit did not live up to the one photo. The address was wrong, and we spent a lot of time looking for it. It is described as "Pearl on Beech", when, in actual fact, it is part of an older block of units, called The Anchorage. There was a hole in the front screen door, and there is also no usable outside space. The fans and lights were a nightmare to figure out, just worked after pushing a lot of buttons.
