Beautifully Decorated Home with Lagoon and Golf Course Views!

Every detail has been attended to in this immaculately kept and beautifully decorated three bedroom, three and a half bathroom home!

As you enter you're greeted by the home's open concept and vaulted ceilings in the living, dining and kitchen areas. The kitchen is updated with stainless steel appliances including a gas stove for you chefs out there. Custom cabinetry, granite countertops, and a large island with seating for four round out this gorgeous kitchen. There is a kitchen nook with a workstation for those who need to get work done while on vacation.

The dining room is adjacent to the kitchen and provides comfortable seating for six. This is in addition to the kitchen island bar seating for four.

The living room is large and provides ample seating for your family and friends. All the furniture is new, comfortable and of a beach-contemporary theme. A large wall-mounted Smart TV is available and includes cable. Several windows let in natural light and provide stunning views of the Palmetto Dunes 11 mile lagoon system and Robert Trent Jones golf course!

Down the hall from the living room are the three bedrooms. All of the furniture in these bedrooms are new. The primary bedroom consists of a king bed, Smart TV and an en-suite primary bathroom. The primary bathroom is enormous and beautifully updated with its two-sink vanity, custom-tiled walk-in shower and separate soaking tub!

The first guest bedroom consists of two twin beds, Smart TV and its own en-suite guest bathroom. This guest bathroom is also completely updated and includes another custom-tiled walk-in shower.

The second guest bedroom has a queen bed, Smart TV and, of course, its own en-suite guest bathroom. Much like the other bathrooms, this bathroom is totally updated and has a lovely custom-tiled walk-in shower.

Outside this fantastic home there is much to boast about. Off the kitchen and dining areas is a Carolina room with several seating options to enjoy the view and the cool breeze! The back deck is immense and goes across the entire back of the home. Amenities include a porch swing, multiple chaise lounges to soak in the sun, a large outdoor dining table and chairs and a propane grill.

Down the back deck stairs is the immaculately attended pool and grounds, which lead into the 11-mile lagoon system! The pool is quite large and will provide an excellent respite from the Carolina heat in the summer.

The beach can be accessed by a short bike ride or by calling the Palmetto Dunes Buggy which is a free on-call shuttle service that runs seasonally!

Pool heat is available (June 1st-October 1st) for an additional fee.

This was an amazing home!!!! We absolutely loved our stay here. Everything is beautifully decorated and there really wasn't anything that we needed that wasn't available in the home. The view just can't be beat. It is a very comfortable place to stay, with lots of room. We would definitely return!

Perfect honeymoon spot

The house and property was absolutely beautiful. It was in a safe and gorgeous part of the island. Our morning coffee on the dock was one of our favorite parts. The house was a perfect spot to spend some of the rainy days in. We will definitely be back. Thank you.

Awesome for families. This was a quiet, low traffic area tucked on a cul-de-sac. Well stocked, internet had good gaming/streaming speeds, pool and view of lagoon was really nice. Our autistic 15 yr old loved the pool. It was great that its maximum depth was around 5 1/2 ft which is much safer for kids. Fishing was great right in the back yard. We caught pilcher, pin, croaker, flounder and redfish. Smaller fish using small hooks on cut bait and gulp bits. Larger fish on cut mullet and cut pin fish with 2/0 circle hooks. Overall best trip in a long time

The kitchen is well-equipped with good storage, abundant dishware and a separate bar area. The back of the house has a lovely screened porch and a very roomy deck with stairs down to the heated pool. Our family did some fishing from the dock. An amazing number of wildlife visited frequently so be sure to check the backyard often. There were shelves of books and games available for all ages. I was disappointed to hear it was already rented for next year for the time I wanted. You’d be wise to select early for this wonderful property.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We live in PD and used this location for our "overflow" 4 guests visiting from another country. Despite the cold rainy weather, this house afforded a beautiful view and all the comforts of home. A fully stocked kitchen enabled us to all gather around the DR table for a festive Christmas meal. Shout out to Fresh Market for delicious pre-cooked holiday food. It is was a too long walk to the beach for the older visitors (1 mile), and the Dunes House parking lot was closed, so walks along the shoreline were inaccessible. That will change by this spring though once Dunes House finishes repaving. We would definitely consider renting this home again in the future.

The pool is lovely and at least partly shaded much of the day. You can relax in the pool and watch the golfers on the other side of the lagoon. The beach is easily walkable or bikeable. Appreciated the ease of renting through Palmetto Dunes. Highly recommend!!
