Things broken and unattended to. - door to main bedroom hard to close; cupboard door didn’t close : seal on fridge broken; spa bath not operational. dirty around the entrance area. Nowhere to place toiletries in the bathroom. Information out of date in welcome book including WiFi. Fabulous location. Very good living area and deck.

Lovely beach side stay

Loved the location, the house's layout, generous beds, linen, towels and cleanliness (apart from the oven) It was the "cheapest" things that annoyed us as they are so easy to fix but when absent just give you the impression of stingyness. We booked for 3 nights, 6 adults and two toddlers. On the last day we had to share the last remaining toilette role between the two bathrooms. There was insufficient dishwasher tablets, bin liners, kitchen condiments, BBQ lighter - all inexpensive items but very annoying when missing . The microwave was new but the oven was unusable because it was so dirty. So the experience was mixed. All big things were great and small things showing lack of good property management. So "luxurious" it was not - but almost

The house was perfect for our family gathering. Spectacular to be able to step onto the beach from a private gate, connecting us to the water! A few basic condiments might have been useful, salt, cling wrap etc… also a better configuration for the tv room maybe? Overall though, a pleasant stay. Many Thanks.
