Rental Property Description

2 Bedroom / 2.5 Bathroom Casita in the HEART of Centro. Just a couple blocks from Pino Suarez produce market. This comfortable home features a primary bedroom and full bathroom on the first level, a beautiful private but open courtyard with a plunge pool and dining area.
A well-appointed kitchen features a gas stove, eat in bar, desk space and plenty of storage. Stackable washer and dryer on the first level.

Indoor and outdoor space is a key element of this casita's serene environment. Natural sunlight flows easily throughout the interior spaces with Zen-like interior décor characteristics. A full guest suite is at the top of the spiral staircase.

A short walk to the Cathedral and Market. A few blocks further to Olas Altas beach and the Plaza Machado for great restaurants and entertainment.

RESTRICTIONS: A few specific restrictions are noted below.

All properties are Non-Smoking.
Occupancy numbers are strictly enforced. Do not exceed the maximum allowed number of occupants in a property.
Bachelor parties are strictly prohibited.
Pets are prohibited in Non Pet-Friendly properties.
You must be 25 years of age or older to enter into the Rental Agreement. Non-family groups require all occupants to be over the age of 25.

CHECK-IN/OUT:
Check-in time is after 3:00pm, Check-out time is no later 10:00am.

We must strictly follow designated check-out times in order to prepare property for the next guests; the times are not flexible and overstaying check-out time will result in a $50.00 minimum charge.

Guests may request an Early Check-In no more than 24 hours in advance of arrival or Late Check-Out no later than 24 hours in advance of departure.
Please check with Mazatlan4Rent Guest Relations for approval.
